Nagasaki Stadium City VS STADIUM NAGASAKI Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are provided by Regional Creation Nagasaki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company").Services available at VS STADIUM NAGASAKI(hereinafter referred to as "this service") Customers who use this service are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Please note that VS STADIUM NAGASAKI involves some dangerous activities that may lead to serious accidents. When using the facilities, please take appropriate breaks, carefully read the experience conditions and precautions for each activity, and make sure you understand the risks before using the facilities. The activities requiring particular caution are listed below.
- "Poka Poka Stadium" ... Full body exercise, shoulders, neck
- "Yokekiru" ... Lower body
- "Jump x Jump"...Full body exercise, wrists, ankles, shoulders, knees
In addition, the following activities have age and weight restrictions.
- "Kids Park Zone": Elementary school students and younger
- "Jump x Jump"... Less than 100kg
- "Poka Poka Stadium"... Less than 100kg
- "Challenge Shot (Goalkeeper)"... Less than 100kg
- "INMOTTION" ... 30kg or more but less than 100kg
- "Plasma Car"... Less than 100kg
Additionally, there are dress code restrictions for guests.
- Please wear comfortable clothing. Please note that some activities cannot be experienced with skirts or long-sleeved clothing.
- Please refrain from wearing sandals, open-toed footwear, or high heels during the experience.
To ensure your safety, please also adhere to the following terms of use.
1. (Definition)
- "User" refers to anyone who uses this Service.
- "Facility" means Nagasaki Stadium City.
- "App" refers to the Nagasaki Stadium City App.
- "Member" refers to an individual who has registered as a member in accordance with the Stadium City Members N team Membership Terms and Conditions through the app or the Nagasaki Stadium City official website.
2. (Application and payment)
- Applications for use must be made on the day in question using a method separately determined by our company. Reservations cannot be made.
- The service fee will be determined separately by our company. Payment must be made at the time of application.
- Even if you are accompanying a child, we will charge the admission fee for each person.
- If you exceed the time limit for your purchased ticket, an extension fee will be charged. Please note that staff will not call out to you.
- After you purchase a ticket, you cannot cancel or change it. In addition, no refunds will be given even if you leave before the available time.
3. (Restrictions on Use)
- The following people will not be allowed to enter. Please note that we do not offer cancellations or refunds after admission, so please check with staff if you have a disability.
- Those who are unwell
- Those who have been drinking alcohol
- People with weak hearts
- People who get motion sickness easily
- Those who have experienced loss of consciousness due to light stimulation
- The following people may enter the facility, but may not participate in any activities. Please note that some activities may not be available to people who cannot walk independently, people with disabilities, people who do not meet the participation requirements (height and weight), or people wearing skirts. In addition, there are some activities that require parental consent for people under a certain age.
- Children under elementary school age (only available in the Kids Park Zone)
- Pregnant women
- Those with preschool children
- People with dizziness, claustrophobia, respiratory problems, convulsions, seizures, high blood pressure, fear of the dark, neck, back or waist problems, sensitive skin, or noise sensitivity
- Those with other conditions that may be aggravated by participating in the activities
- Those wearing sandals, open-toed shoes, or high-heeled shoes
4. (Interruption or Suspension of the Service)
In any of the following cases, the Company may suspend or discontinue all or part of the operation of the Service. Furthermore, regardless of the reason, the Company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the Customer as a result of the suspension or discontinuation of the provision of the Service.
- When performing maintenance and inspection at a facility
- In the event of an abnormality, breakdown, or failure of equipment, or other reason that makes it impossible to provide the Service to the Customer
- When the provision of the Service is impossible due to war, riot, disturbance, labor dispute, earthquake, eruption, flood, tsunami, fire, power outage, disruption of transportation, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
- Any other case that the Company deems necessary for the operation of the Service.
5. (Registration and Change of Member Information)
- Users who register as members through the app or the website may be asked for information specified by the company to determine whether they are members or not. In addition, we may verify the registration information based on the Stadium City Members N team membership terms and conditions.
- If any change occurs in whole or in part to a User's registered member information, the User must immediately change the membership information in accordance with the Stadium City Members N team Membership Terms and Conditions.
- We shall not be liable for any damages, compensation, reimbursement or other liability for any damage, loss, expenses or disadvantage (hereinafter referred to as "Damage, etc.") suffered by a User arising from or in connection with the User's failure to notify changes to his/her Member Information in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
6. (Prohibited Acts)
- Our company prohibits the following acts when using this service. If you commit any of the following prohibited acts, regardless of whether you have committed any of the acts before or during the use of this service, we will stop providing you with this service and ask you to leave VS Stadium, including anyone who used the service at the same time. In this case, you will be required to pay the full usage fee. In addition, if we find that you have committed any of the prohibited acts after use, we will refuse you future use of this service, including anyone who used the service at the same time.
- Any act that violates or may violate these Terms or laws and regulations
- Any act that may be contrary to public order and morals
- Any commercial activities using the Service, any profit-making activities, or any activities intended to prepare for such activities
- Cutting in line for activities, reserving spots, and eating or drinking (hydration is permitted).
- Experience activities while wearing accessories
- Participate in activities while wearing unstable footwear such as open-toed sandals, heels, or thick soles
- Allowing a third party to impersonate you to use the Service
- Any act that damages the reputation or credibility of our company or facilities
- Disobeying staff instructions or other actions that disrupt the order of the facility
- Drinking alcohol or smoking (including electronic cigarettes and smokeless tobacco) within the facility
- Unauthorized photography, videography, recording, etc.
- Use of selfie sticks or other photography-related equipment
- Damaging or removing the facilities or equipment, or using facility equipment without permission
- Any action that may cause personal disputes with related parties and affect the operation of the facility
- Picking up girls, promoting, advertising, soliciting, sales, lending money, political activities, signature campaigns, etc.
- Actions that are likely to cause disturbance in the surrounding area, disrupt order inside and outside the facility, and lead to accidents or chaos.
- Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate for users of this facility
- If any of the prohibited acts listed in the preceding paragraph occur, you will be required to compensate us for all damages (including attorney's fees, indirect damages, and lost profits) suffered by us or a third party.
7. (Personal Information, etc.)
- The User agrees that the Company will use the Personal Information for the purpose of providing the Service and as described in this Article.
- We use personal information provided by users for this service for the following purposes. For users who are registered as members, we use the information for the purposes specified in Chapter 5, Member Information, of the "Stadium City Members N team Membership Terms and Conditions."
- Provision of the Service
- Notice to users
- Linking with Stadium City member information
- Introducing products and services handled by our company and stores
- Marketing research, statistics, and analysis, such as measuring advertising effectiveness
- Improving and enhancing the quality of our products and services
- For the purpose of use set forth in the preceding paragraph, we may provide personal information, access information for this site, other purchasing information, payment information, etc. to Japanet Holdings Co., Ltd. and its group companies, and may receive such information from said companies.
- We may outsource the handling of personal information to external companies, etc., under strict management, to the minimum extent necessary for the purpose of providing this service.
- We may use the personal information listed below jointly with our group companies for the purposes listed below.
- The purpose of use of jointly used customer personal information will be the same as that set forth in the previous article.
- The scope of joint use is our group companies.
- The person responsible for joint use is Japanet Holdings Co., Ltd.
- The member's name, address, telephone number, email address, and other personal information listed in this article will be jointly used only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use set out in the previous article.

Personal information within our group companies will be handled in accordance with the Japanet Group's "Initiatives for Personal Information Protection (https://corporate.japanet.co.jp/privacy/)".
- We will not disclose or provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When the customer has given their consent
- When disclosure or provision is required by law
- Other cases where provision or disclosure to a third party is permitted by law.
- When disclosure or provision is made in a form that does not identify the individual, such as statistical data
8. (Exclusion of anti-social forces)
- Users represent and warrant that they are not a gang, a gang member, a gang associate member, a company related to a gang, a corporate racketeer or other social activist swindler, a special intelligence gang, or any other person equivalent thereto (hereinafter referred to as "Gang Member, etc."), and that they do not fall under any of the following items, and will not fall under any of the following items in the future.
- Having a relationship that is deemed to give the control of management to a gang member or other such person
- Having a relationship that is deemed to involve substantial involvement of a gang member in the management
- Having a relationship that is deemed to be an inappropriate use of a gang member, etc., for the purpose of obtaining wrongful benefits for oneself, one's company or a third party, or for the purpose of causing damage to a third party
- Having a relationship that is deemed to be involved in providing funds or convenience to members of organized crime groups
- The directors or persons substantially involved in management have socially reprehensible relationships with gang members, etc.
- The User undertakes not to engage in any of the following acts, either by himself or through a third party:
- Violent demands
- Unreasonable demands that go beyond legal responsibility
- Using threatening language or violence in relation to transactions
- Spreading rumors, damaging the other party's credibility through fraudulent means or by using force, or disrupting the business of the other party
- If a user violates paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article, we may immediately revoke the user's eligibility to use the Service without requiring any notice or other procedures.
- The termination set forth in the preceding paragraph shall not prevent our company from claiming damages against the user.
- If the contract is terminated pursuant to paragraph 3 of this Article, the User and the corporation related to the Corporate User will not be able to make any claims for damages or any other claims against the Company on the grounds of the termination of the contract.
9. (Disclaimer)
- We are not responsible for any damages incurred by users due to accidents, injuries, theft, etc. within the VS Stadium. Users are responsible for dealing with such damages at their own risk.
- We shall not be held responsible for any troubles that occur between users inside or outside the facility.
- In addition to fire, power outages, natural disasters, and other force majeure, we may be unable to provide all or part of the Service to users due to reasons such as security, cleaning, and repair work. In such cases, we will not refund usage fees, etc. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any damages suffered by users as a result.
10. (Compensation for Damages)
If a user causes damage to the Company or a third party, the user shall be liable to compensate for all damages (including not only direct damages but also attorney's fees, indirect damages, and lost profits).
11. Severability
Even if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or illegal in whole or in part, such invalidity or illegality shall not affect in any way the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions or their interpretation or application, nor shall it impair their legality or validity or invalidate them.
12. (Changes to these Terms)
- If the Company determines that it is necessary to amend these Terms due to changes in the economic situation, changes to laws and regulations, fluctuations in business conditions, circumstances that make it difficult to obtain individual consent, or other reasons, the Company may amend these Terms to a reasonable extent in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and other laws and regulations, provided that such amendments do not violate the purpose of the contract related to these Terms.
- The Terms of Use amended under the preceding paragraph shall apply from the date on which the Company posts the amended Terms of Use on its website, or notifies the User individually to the contact information in the User's registration information, or from the date of application set forth at the time of such notification, and the User agrees to this. Changes to the Terms of Use will not be applied retroactively. If the User uses the Service after the date on which the Terms of Use are amended, the User will be deemed to have agreed to the changes to the Terms of Use.
- Any notices from us to users regarding changes to the content of our Service, etc. will be posted on our official website or by other means that we deem appropriate, unless otherwise specified by us, and unless a separate effective date is specified in the notice, the notice will take effect from the time it is notified to the user.
13. (Governing Law)
The establishment, validity, performance and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
14. (Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions between the User and the Company shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
