About the performance
- Photography, video recording, audio recording, live streaming, etc. of the performing artists are prohibited within the venue, and there will be no official live broadcasts.
- Please be careful of malicious spam posts on social media etc. that claim to be live streaming of this performance.
- These spam sites do not officially advertise or support live streaming.
In addition, please do not access any suspicious links or posts as you may be harmed. - Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for any problems that occur on unofficial sites.
- Please be careful of fraudulent websites.
- Opening times and performance times are subject to change.
- The performance is scheduled to finish around 8:00 PM, but please note that this may change depending on the progress of the performance.
- As this is an indoor event, it will be held rain or shine, but it may be cancelled in the event of a typhoon, severe weather, earthquake, etc.
- We will not compensate for any travel expenses to the venue (including cancellation fees) due to the cancellation or delay of this performance.
Regarding tickets
- On the day, those with tickets will be able to enter after exchanging them for a wristband.
- Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, changed or reissued after purchase. Please check the ticket type and number of tickets before applying. Tickets (wristbands) cannot be reissued.
- Resale or transfer for commercial purposes is prohibited. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise from purchasing tickets from online auctions, scalpers, ticket shops, etc.
- Preschool children are not allowed to enter. Children in elementary school and above will need a ticket.
- Regarding seating, the arena will be standing only, and all seats in the stands will be unreserved.
- If you wish to visit in a wheelchair, please contact us at 0120-1014-77. (Business hours: Weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays 9:00-22:00)
- Due to limited space, only one person may accompany you, and you will be seated while watching the performance.
Regarding entry and exit
- Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive at the venue to avoid congestion at the entrance.
- Admission to the arena area (standing) will be limited depending on the number of attendees.
- Customers with elementary school student tickets and junior high and high school student tickets may be asked to verify their age upon entry.
- On the day of the performance, please bring proof of age or a student ID card.
- Re-entry is possible, but please be sure to wear your wristband.
- Please do not remove your wristband during the performance. If you cut, remove, or lose your wristband, you will not be able to re-enter. Wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances.
Prohibited acts
- Dangerous acts such as diving, moshing, and circle moshing are strictly prohibited.
- Any customer who engages in or attempts to engage in dangerous behavior will be asked to show their ID, have their wristband taken away, and will be asked to leave immediately with no refunds whatsoever.
- If any injuries or accidents occur due to dangerous behavior, the parties involved will have to resolve the matter between themselves. The organizers, performers, and venue will not bear any responsibility.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Smokers, including those using electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products, must use the designated smoking areas. Please refrain from sitting in the smoking areas.
- Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to local residents, such as illegal parking near nearby facilities or in the neighborhood. After reporting this to the police, your vehicle may be towed away in accordance with the law.
- Alcoholic beverages will be sold at the venue. However, anyone who drinks more than their permitted amount, talks loudly, or becomes intoxicated and causes a nuisance to other customers, or who does not follow the instructions of staff, may be forced to leave or denied entry.
Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases. Drinking alcohol is prohibited by law for those under the age of 20 and for those driving cars, motorbikes, bicycles, etc. Drunk driving is also a violation of the law, including for passengers. Please refrain from doing so. - Photography, video, and audio recording of performing artists are prohibited under any circumstances within the venue. Small unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, etc.) are prohibited from being brought into or flying within the facility.
If any of the above is discovered, all media will be confiscated, data will be deleted in the presence of staff, and you may be asked to leave. - There are limited number of seats in the stands.
- Reserving seats inside the venue or in the stands is prohibited.
- If you will be leaving your seat for an extended period of time, please carry your luggage with you. Also, please refrain from bringing large luggage that takes up too much space.
- Please manage your luggage yourself.
- Cooler boxes are not permitted.
- If anything that appears to be garbage or only food or drink is left there, staff will remove it.
- The organizer will not be held responsible for any problems such as loss.
- Please cooperate by sharing the limited space. If you have large luggage, please use the cloakroom or coin lockers in Stadium City.
- Please refrain from standing or sitting in the aisles of Stadium City, not just inside Happiness Arena. We may ask you to do so if necessary.
- Please wear comfortable shoes when entering the standing area. Please note that shoes with thick soles or stiletto heels are not permitted in the standing area as they may cause falls.
- Please refrain from waiting for artists to enter or exit the venue (at venues, train stations, airports, hotels, etc.) as this will cause inconvenience to the facilities.
- Please refrain from waiting in line to enter the venue from the day before, as this will cause inconvenience to local residents.

- Performing artists may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Tickets will not be refunded due to cancellations or changes to performing artists. - The organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur within the venue. Please be sure to take care of your valuables yourself.
- If we discover any criminal activity within the venue, such as theft, pickpocketing, or molestation, we will immediately report it to the police.
- If you need an ambulance, please call a nearby attendant instead of calling 119 yourself.
- Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from using it.
- Please note that video and photos of the venue, including the audience seats, may be made public during this performance.
- Anyone who causes trouble to other customers or does not follow the instructions of staff may be forced to leave or denied entry.
