Is there a difference between advance tickets and same-day tickets?
Yes, we do. Customers with advance tickets can enter early from 10:00.
Customers purchasing tickets on the day of the event will be admitted from 10:30 AM.
Additionally, the [Advance Admission Ticket for Children] comes with one play ticket that can be used at the attractions. -
At what age is there an admission fee?
This applies to children aged 3 and older.

Can children enter without an adult?
Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian. Children of middle school age and older may enter without an adult.

Where can I buy same-day tickets or additional "play tickets"?
Tickets will be sold at the "Ticket Center" on the 2nd floor of Nagasaki Stadium City (near the North Plaza).
Sales hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
The event itself runs from 10:00 to 19:00, but please note that tickets will only be sold until 18:00. -
What is a "play ticket" that comes with the advance children's admission ticket?
This is the ticket you will need to use the attractions.
Depending on the play equipment, some can be played without a play ticket (admission fee only), some require one ticket, and some require two tickets. -
Is it cold inside the arena? What kind of clothing is appropriate?
While we have created a cool environment in our "Cool Arena," we recommend that children wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and can get sweaty, as they will be actively playing and moving around. It's also a good idea to bring a light jacket or cardigan to help them cope with the temperature difference between inside and outside.
