About tickets and age verification

• To purchase tickets through the Nagasaki Stadium City official app, you must register as a member (free of charge).
• You can purchase up to four tickets per application.
• Resale or transfer for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Please note that tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including if lost or stolen.
• Please note that we will not accept any cancellations, changes, or refunds for tickets after purchase, regardless of the circumstances, except in the event of a performance cancellation.
• We will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 20. You may be asked to present valid government-issued identification to verify your age upon entry.
  Please be sure to check the official ID card at the bottom.
• Preschool children will not be allowed to enter.

▼Notes about U-16 tickets

• U-16 tickets are only available to those aged 16 and under.
  Only those aged 16 or under at the time of the performance are allowed to enter. Those aged 17 or over are not eligible.
• If a U-16 ticket purchaser is found to be 17 years of age or older upon entering the event, they will be denied entry and will not be given a refund for the ticket.
• When entering, please be sure to bring a valid official ID card that can verify your age.
  Please note that if you do not have identification and are unable to prove your age, you will not be allowed to enter for any reason, regardless of your appearance.

Regarding the seating area

• This event is open seating, so seats cannot be reserved.
• There will be no seating assignments or ticket numbers within the venue. All seating in the standing area and stands is unreserved.
• The use of mats, picnic sheets, chairs, etc. in the standing area is prohibited.
  Also, please refrain from sitting down.
• It is strictly prohibited to reserve a seat in the stands by placing luggage on the seats.
  Once a staff member finds it, they will immediately move the bag under the seat so that another passenger can take their seat.
• If anything that appears to be garbage or only food or drink is left there, staff will remove it.
  The organizer will not be held responsible for any problems such as loss.
  We ask for your cooperation in sharing the limited space.
• Please note that entry to the standing area may be restricted during busy times.
• Dangerous behavior such as throwing objects towards the stage or audience area is prohibited.

Prohibited items

• Please do not leave bottles, cans, fireworks or other explosives, umbrellas, tents, chairs, skateboards/kick scooters, animals (excluding assistance dogs such as guide dogs) inside the venue.
  Any other items prohibited by law or items that may cause inconvenience to other customers are also prohibited from being brought into the facility.
  In addition, if the organizer determines that an item will cause inconvenience to other customers or interfere with the operation of the event, it will be refused entry.
• Strollers and carry-on bags are not permitted inside the venue. Strollers will be kept at the entrance. Carry-on bags should be left in coin lockers or similar facilities inside Stadium City.

Prohibited acts/precautions

• Please refrain from waiting in line to enter the venue from the day before, as this will cause inconvenience to local residents.
• Please follow the instructions of staff at the venue.
• When entering the venue, staff and security guards will give instructions depending on the level of congestion, so please be sure to follow them. For safety reasons, please refrain from pushing and shoving.
• Anyone who causes trouble to other customers or does not follow the instructions of staff may be forced to leave the venue. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
• Please note that due to circumstances, the performers and performance content may be changed.
• Molestation is a crime. If we discover someone committing a crime, we will detain them, report them to the police, and fully cooperate with any subsequent investigations.
  If you are a victim of sexual harassment or witness sexual harassment, please immediately seek help from nearby staff or people around you.
• The organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries or fights caused by excessive movement or excitement, or any troubles between customers within the venue.
  Instead of thinking only about having fun yourself, think about the impact your actions have on those around you and act with consideration and consideration for those around you.
  We ask for your cooperation in ensuring that this space is one that everyone can enjoy freely, both for themselves and those around them.
• Stadium City is completely cashless.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building.
• Please smoke in designated areas outside the venue. Please be mindful of your manners.
• Drinking alcohol and smoking are prohibited by law for those under the age of 20. Please refrain from doing so.
• Please be careful to manage your valuables yourself.
• Please be sure to separate your garbage according to the designated method and dispose of it in the designated garbage bins.
• There will be various media coverage within the venue. Please note that photos and videos taken during coverage may be used in advertising and publications by the organizers and exhibitors.
• There is no special entrance for people with disabilities. All visitors, including those in wheelchairs, must enter the venue in the same manner as everyone else.
• If you require assistance from staff, please let a staff member know on the day. Staff will not be available to accompany you for long periods of time.
• Anyone requiring care must be accompanied by a caregiver (caregivers must have their own admission ticket).
• The organizers may be forced to change the rules for operational reasons. Regardless of the timing or method of announcement, please follow the instructions of staff at the venue.
