Restaurant Terms of Use
Nagasaki Stadium City Restaurant Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply to customers who use the restaurant (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") defined in Article 1, Paragraph 5, operated by Regional Foods Nagasaki Co., Ltd., a group company of Regional Creation Nagasaki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), located in Nagasaki Stadium City. Customers who use the Service are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. In addition, if a minor uses the Service, they must obtain prior consent from their legal guardian each time, and the Company will provide the Service assuming that the legal guardian has given consent.
Article 1 (Definitions)
- "User" refers to anyone who uses this Service.
- "Facility" means Nagasaki Stadium City.
- "App" refers to the Nagasaki Stadium City App.
- "Member" refers to an individual who has registered as a member in accordance with the Stadium City Members N team Membership Terms and Conditions through the app or the Nagasaki Stadium City official website.
- "Restaurant" refers to the following establishments:
- RISTORANTE Alporto NAGASAKI
- JAPANESE DINNING Shun
- LES CINQ SENS
- CAFÉS & DINERS VERDE
- THE BAR NAGASAKI
- THE STADIUM BREWS NAGASAKI
- THE CLUB NAGASAKI
Article 2 (Application and Payment)
- Each restaurant offers multiple courses and other meals.
- Usage fees are determined by each store.
- Reservations can be made for some restaurants. Please make reservations through the app or a method separately specified by our company. Please be careful not to make any mistakes with the date, time, course contents, etc.
- Payment must be made by the method specified by each restaurant. Cash cannot be used.
- If you cancel your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee according to the following conditions.

Article 3 (Registration and Change of Member Information)
- Users who use this service from the app may be required to enter and confirm registration information in accordance with the Stadium City Members N team membership terms and conditions.
- If any change occurs in whole or in part to a User's registered member information, the User must immediately change the membership information in accordance with the Stadium City Members N team Membership Terms and Conditions.
- We shall not be liable for any damages, compensation, reimbursement or other liability for any damage, loss, expenses or disadvantage (hereinafter referred to as "Damage, etc.") suffered by a User arising from or in connection with the User's failure to notify changes to his/her Member Information in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
- Our company prohibits the following acts when using this service. If you are found to be engaging in any of the following prohibited acts, you will be asked to leave the restaurant even if the service is still in progress. In this case, no refunds will be given. Furthermore, if it is discovered that you have engaged in any of the prohibited acts after eating and drinking, you will be refused future use of the service.
- Bringing dogs, cats, small birds and other animals (excluding assistance dogs)
- Carrying on flammable or combustible items or other dangerous items
- Smoking in non-smoking areas
- Bringing in anything that emits a foul odor
- Behavior that each restaurant judges to be a nuisance to other customers
- Moving fixtures and fittings within the store
- Use other than eating and drinking
- Bringing in food and beverages (unless permitted by each restaurant)
- Taking home food other than takeaway items
- The act of soiling the restroom
- Taking photographs that cause inconvenience to other customers
- Any act prohibited by laws, regulations or ordinances
- Repeated booking and cancellation
- Any action that damages the reputation or credibility of our company, our facilities, or each restaurant.
- Any act that violates or may violate these Terms or laws and regulations
- Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate
- If any of the prohibited acts listed in the preceding paragraph occur, you will be required to compensate for all damages (including attorney's fees, indirect damages and lost profits) suffered by our company, each restaurant or a third party.
Article 5 (Personal information, etc.)
- The User agrees that the Company may use Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of this Article when using the Service.
- We use personal information provided by users for this service for the following purposes. For users who are registered as members, we use the information for the purposes specified in Chapter 5, Member Information, of the "Stadium City Members N team Membership Terms and Conditions."
- Provision of the Service
- Notice to users
- Linking with Stadium City member information
- Introducing products and services handled by our company and stores
- Marketing research, statistics, and analysis, such as measuring advertising effectiveness
- Improving and enhancing the quality of our products and services
- For the purpose of use set forth in the preceding paragraph, we may provide personal information, access information for this site, other purchasing information, payment information, etc. to Japanet Holdings Co., Ltd. and its group companies, and may receive such information from said companies.
- We may outsource the handling of personal information to external companies, etc., under strict management, to the minimum extent necessary for the purpose of providing this service.
- We may use the personal information listed below jointly with our group companies for the purposes listed below.
- The purpose of use of jointly used customer personal information will be the same as that set forth in the previous article.
- The scope of joint use is our group companies.
- The person responsible for joint use is Japanet Holdings Co., Ltd.
- The member's name, address, telephone number, email address, and other personal information listed in this article will be jointly used only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use set out in the previous article.

- We will not disclose or provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When the customer has given their consent
- When disclosure or provision is required by law
- Other cases where provision or disclosure to a third party is permitted by law.
- When disclosure or provision is made in a form that does not identify the individual, such as statistical data
Article 6 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)
- Users represent and warrant that they are not a gang, a gang member, a gang associate member, a company related to a gang, a corporate racketeer or other such social activist fraudster, a special intelligence gang, or any other person equivalent thereto (hereinafter referred to as "Gang Member, etc."), and that they do not fall under any of the following items, and will not fall under any of the following items in the future.
- Having a relationship that is deemed to give the control of management to a gang member or other such person
- Having a relationship that is deemed to involve substantial involvement of a gang member in the management
- Having a relationship that is deemed to be an inappropriate use of a gang member, etc., for the purpose of obtaining wrongful benefits for oneself, one's company or a third party, or for the purpose of causing damage to a third party
- Having a relationship that is deemed to be involved in providing funds or convenience to members of organized crime groups
- The directors or persons substantially involved in management have socially reprehensible relationships with gang members, etc.
- The User undertakes not to engage in any of the following acts, either by himself or through a third party:
- Violent demands
- Unreasonable demands that go beyond legal responsibility
- Using threatening language or violence in relation to transactions
- Spreading rumors, damaging the other party's credibility through fraudulent means or by using force, or disrupting the business of the other party
- If a user violates paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article, we may immediately revoke the user's eligibility to use the Service without requiring any notice or other procedures.
- The termination set forth in the preceding paragraph shall not prevent our company from claiming damages against the user.
- If the contract is terminated pursuant to paragraph 3 of this Article, the User and the corporation related to the Corporate User will not be able to make any claims for damages or any other claims against the Company on the grounds of the termination of the contract.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Hotel shall not be held liable in any of the following cases:
- Damage caused by a customer who has been provided with food by a restaurant without prior notice regarding food allergies, religious taboos, etc.
- Changes to the menu and tableware due to seasons, weather, supplies, damage to fixtures, etc.
- Theft or loss of customer luggage *We cannot accept cash, valuables, perishable items, or items that are easily damaged.
- Troubles between customers inside or outside the restaurant
- In the event of a fire, power outage, natural disaster, or other force majeure, or a security problem, or due to unexpected repair work for which the Company is not responsible, the Company may be unable to provide all or part of the Service to users. In such cases, the Company will cancel the reservation and will not refund the usage fee. Please note that the Company will not bear any responsibility for any damage suffered by the user as a result of such a situation.
Article 8 (Compensation for Damages)
If a User causes damage to the Company, any Restaurant, or any third party, the User shall be liable for compensation for all damages (including not only direct damages but also attorney's fees, indirect damages, and lost profits).
Article 9 (Severability)
Even if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or illegal in whole or in part, such invalidity or illegality shall not affect in any way the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions or their interpretation or application, nor shall it impair their legality or validity or invalidate them.
Article 10 (Changes to these Terms)
- If the Company determines that it is necessary to amend these Terms due to changes in the economic situation, changes to laws and regulations, fluctuations in business conditions, circumstances that make it difficult to obtain individual consent, or other reasons, the Company may amend these Terms to a reasonable extent in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and other laws and regulations, provided that such amendments do not violate the purpose of the contract related to these Terms.
- The Terms of Use amended under the preceding paragraph shall apply from the date on which the Company posts the amended Terms of Use on its website, or notifies the User individually to the contact information in the User's registration information, or from the date of application set forth at the time of such notification, and the User agrees to this. Changes to the Terms of Use will not be applied retroactively. If the User uses the Service after the date on which the Terms of Use are amended, the User will be deemed to have agreed to the changes to the Terms of Use.
- Any notices from us to users regarding changes to the content of our Service, etc. will be posted on our official website or by other means that we deem appropriate, unless otherwise specified by us, and unless a separate effective date is specified in the notice, the notice will take effect from the time it is notified to the user.
Article 11 (Governing Law)
The establishment, validity, performance and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
Article 12 (Agreed jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions between the User and our company or Regional Foods Nagasaki Co., Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
