    Starting with caviar as an appetizer, followed by foie gras risotto, and our signature pasta generously using black truffles,
    And there's also a refreshing marinade that makes the most of the textures of abalone and scallops, as well as a juicy tagliata of Nagasaki Wagyu beef.
    This is a truly satisfying course where you can enjoy the world's three greatest delicacies and luxurious ingredients from land and sea all at once.

    A luxurious 12-course meal supervised by Chef Mamoru Kataoka, a pioneer in Japanese Italian cuisine. Enjoy a special full course that brings out the natural deliciousness of the ingredients. From pasta generously using spiny lobster to a variety of other exquisite dishes that maximize the inherent flavor of the ingredients, enjoy them with superb wines selected by our sommelier. Escape from everyday life and spend a truly special time in a sophisticated space overlooking the stadium.

    You can choose from three types of pasta: 1. Lobster and seafood ragu sauce (+2,980 yen) 2. Ortolana with Unzen pork bacon 3. Mushroom and brown mushroom ragu sauce (can be changed to truffle for +1,650 yen).
