Seasonal tempura and sushi course ¥15,000
The ingredients purchased that day are prepared into a sushi and tempura kaiseki meal.
Our sushi is made using carefully selected, delicious local fish caught in each season, and we offer handfuls that bring out the best in the ingredients.
And our specialty is the freshly fried tempura served at the counter.
A dish of minced fish hidden inside a rolled shiso leaf or zucchini, or a rare sweet squid cooked to perfection.
We use our ingenuity to match the ingredients of the day, sealing the flavor within the batter.
