The mellow sweet and sour taste of blueberries, the refreshing aroma of juicy melon, and the refined sweetness of loquat.
We offer sweets that are unique to this season, making use of the rich flavors of each ingredient, as well as savory dishes that make use of the fresh aromas of cucumbers, basil, and green peas that are reminiscent of summer.
