Ozaki beef that you'll want to eat every day.

While many brands of beef are named after their region, Ozaki beef is produced by Muneyoshi Ozaki of Miyazaki Prefecture.
Because they brand their beef after themselves, only about 30 heads are distributed domestically each month.
The greatest appeal of the rare Ozaki beef is that you can eat it over and over without getting tired of it.
It has an incredibly light and refined texture that melts in your mouth.

  • To enhance the flavor of the ingredients“ULTRA SALT”

    This original blend of mineral salt is born from the rich natural environment of Shiretoko Rausu, a World Heritage Site. It condenses the umami of Rausu kelp, carefully aged in a cellar, and the minerals of nutrient-rich seawater. Enjoy this special salt that enhances the sweetness of Ozaki beef and vegetables.

  • The delicious flavor and spiciness are addictive."WAGYUSCO"

    An original hot sauce based on "Kanzuri," a fermented chili pepper from Niigata Prefecture. Among the three types of WAGYUSCO, WAGYUSCO YUZU is the mildest; WAGYUSCO RED uses habanero peppers; and WAGYUSCO BLACK is extremely spicy, using the Carolina Reaper, one of the world's hottest peppers. Enjoy it as an accent to Ozaki beef and vegetables.
