At this edition of MASHI NO MASHI NAGASAKI, Hamada Hisato from WAGYUMAFIA and Nakamura Eiri from Nakamuraya, famous for their Tenku Otoshi dish, will explore the history and roots of champon and develop their own unique CHAMPON RAMEN.
Enjoy two types of ramen: ULTRA CHAMPON RAMEN, made with a secret Wagyu beef bone soup base and luxuriously using Ozaki beef and seafood, and STAMINA CHAMPON RAMEN, made with kotetchan and with the sweetness typical of Nagasaki.
