WAGYUMAFIA is a members-only wagyu restaurant established in 2016 by businessman Takafumi Horie and chef Hisato Hamada.
Currently, the WAGYUMAFIA group operates 23 stores both domestically and overseas. They are active worldwide in the food-focused business field, producing the main event at the Milan Collection, the Moncler 70th anniversary banquet, the Bahrain F1 banquet, and banquets for the Kingdom of the Middle East.
With the aim of being a hotel that offers the best experience for guests, we are planning to serve dishes using ingredients from Nagasaki and unique to Nagasaki, with the theme of "gourmet with only delicious food."
