■Tickets available on the day
Due to popular demand, tickets have sold out and there will be no tickets available on the day of the event. Thank you for your understanding.

Notes

■Regarding ticket purchases

• You can purchase up to 4 tickets per person.

If tickets are sold out in advance, there is a possibility that same-day tickets will not be sold.

・Changes to the number of tickets, cancellations, and refunds due to customer reasons are not permitted.

・We will not compensate for travel expenses etc. in the event of cancellation or postponement of the performance.

- Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.

■ Electronic Ticket and Collection Methods

• Ticketing method: If you purchase tickets through this app, only electronic tickets will be issued.

• Display timing: Seat information and entry QR codes will be displayed on your Stadium City app at 13:00 on the day of the event. For details about electronic tickets, please check the email sent after your purchase is complete.

- If the Stadium City app is not installed at the time of purchase, your electronic ticket may not be displayed. Please make sure that it is installed on the same device you used for the purchase.

■ About seating

This performance has assigned seating. It is not open seating.

・We cannot answer inquiries regarding seat locations.

Customers cannot select or change their seats.

Depending on your seat, you may be seated with other customers. You may also be sharing a table with another group. Thank you for your understanding.

If you plan to attend in a wheelchair, please call our inquiry desk (0120-1014-77) in advance.

■ Rules and requests within the venue

• One drink order is required. Everyone is required to order at least one drink.

・Bringing in outside food and drinks is not permitted. Only food and drinks ordered within THE CLUB NAGASAKI are allowed.

・We do not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 20.

・All seats in the restaurant are non-smoking.
