*Due to production etc., some parts of the stage may be difficult to see.

・DX pair and A pair seats are priced at the price of two tickets (a pair).
• One drink order is required.
・Changes to the performance/seat type/number of tickets, cancellations, and refunds are not possible after purchase.
・Each person can purchase up to 4 tickets.
- Preschool children and groups of high school students are not permitted to enter. Tickets are required for elementary school students and older.
If the group includes anyone between elementary school age and 18 years old, they must be accompanied by an adult.
We do not serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 20.
Smoking is prohibited in all seats inside the restaurant.
Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances, the cast and some aspects of the performance may be subject to change.
We cannot compensate for travel expenses or other costs in the event of a performance being canceled or postponed.
In addition to the ticket price, there may be a ticketing fee, system usage fee, and payment processing fee (in-store or via delivery).
We are unable to answer inquiries regarding seat locations.
Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.
・If you plan to attend in a wheelchair, we recommend purchasing "A seats".
If you will be attending in a wheelchair, please call 0120-1014-77 at least one week before the performance.

~What is the Nagasaki City Subsidy for Creating Charming Living Environments?~
This is a Nagasaki City initiative aimed at allowing more Nagasaki citizens to enjoy theatrical performances, concerts, sporting events, and other events held at Nagasaki Stadium City. Utilizing donations from companies received through the "Nagasaki Stadium City Collaboration Excitement and Vitality Creation Project," Nagasaki City provides financial assistance to event organizers, enabling Nagasaki citizens to enjoy performances at discounted prices.

[Important Notes Regarding Subsidy Tickets]
- Seats eligible for subsidies may be located in the rear of the train.
Impersonation and resale are prohibited. If discovered, we may request payment of the difference.
- If you purchase multiple subsidized tickets, only Nagasaki residents are permitted to enter with these tickets.
- Upon entry, we will ask to see your identification to confirm that you are a resident of Nagasaki City.
For any reason whatsoever, only the ticket holder will be allowed entry.
Please have your companions also bring identification documents.
Only original, valid identification documents are accepted. (Copies are not accepted.)

If we are unable to verify your eligibility, we may refuse your entry or charge you the difference between your eligibility and the general admission price.

If you have already purchased tickets, we do not offer cancellations or exchanges.
• After the performance, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire.
• Once the maximum number of tickets has been reached, we will stop accepting applications.
