To ensure a comfortable viewing experience, please contact us in advance using the "Event Inquiry" form.

Wheelchair seats are available in the back stand 3rd floor concourse (free of charge).

For customers with small children and minors

Regarding preschool children: Children 5 and under do not require a ticket as long as they watch the show sitting on a parent/guardian's lap (maximum one per adult).
Children over 6 years old or who require a seat require a ticket.

Regarding minors: Minors must obtain parental consent before purchasing tickets and attending the event.

Regarding admission: You may be asked to show photo identification upon admission.

About tickets

Pitch seating and stadium tour Pitch seating and players' suite: available to ticket holders.
Cancellations and refunds are not possible after purchase is completed.

On the pitch:
・For grass maintenance reasons, only sneakers are allowed on the pitch.
In addition, entry is prohibited for those wearing heels, spikes, leather shoes, etc. Please note that we may also refuse entry if we determine that such footwear will have a negative impact on the grass.
・The natural grass may be wet, so please bring a picnic sheet or other covering to put on the grass.
・Eating and drinking is prohibited on the natural grass. Drinking water is permitted. If you wish to eat or drink anything other than water, please leave the pitch and enjoy it in the free seats in the stands.
- Entering restricted areas, reserving an area for more people than you need, and any other behavior that may disturb other customers (running around, talking loudly, etc.) are prohibited.
・If you are attending the game on the pitch, you will be given a plastic bag when you arrive, so please place all your belongings in the bag before entering the pitch. Please remove any accessories or hair clips and place them in the bag. You may leave hair ties on.
-Please take your trash home with you.
・If you have small children with you, please keep an eye on them.
・The restrooms are located near the reception area on the 3rd floor concourse. Please re-enter via the same route as you entered.

Pitch seat tour with stadium tour:
・We will also take you to special areas that are not included in regular stadium tours at Nagasaki Stadium City.
・The tour time will vary depending on the period in which you purchased your ticket. For those who purchased tickets between June 28th and July 6th, the tour will take place from 15:30 to 17:00 (approximately 90 minutes). For those who purchased tickets after 17:00 on July 7th, the tour will take place from 15:15 to 16:45 (approximately 90 minutes). For more information, please check the email sent to you after purchasing.
・If you purchased your ticket between June 28th and July 6th, please come to the reception desk on the 3rd floor concourse of the stadium by 15:30, the start time. If you purchased your ticket after 17:00 on July 7th, please come to the reception desk by 15:15.
・Please note that people who are late for the start time will not be able to participate.
・Please note that you will not be able to use the restroom during the tour. Please make sure you have used the restroom beforehand.

Free seats in the stands: If you don't have a ticket, you are free to use the free seats in the stands.
However, due to limited seating, admission may be restricted during peak hours.

Seating: All seats in the venue are unreserved, including paid seats.

Regarding admission: You may be asked to show photo identification upon admission.
When re-entering, please follow the instructions of staff and take the same route as when you entered.

Regarding rainy weather

Notice in case of rain: If entry onto the pitch is prohibited due to weather or other reasons, we will announce this on Nagasaki Stadium City's official social media accounts at least two days before the event.

Regarding refunds: Please note that we cannot refund to the credit card or bank transfer used for payment.

Regarding the allocation of StaPAY, those who purchase a pitch viewing seat or player's suite will be granted StaPAY in the amount equal to the ticket price.
For those who purchase a pitch viewing seat with stadium tour, only the stadium tour will be held. Therefore, only 1,000 yen for the pitch viewing seat will be credited with StaPAY out of the purchase price of 3,000 yen. Please agree to the terms of use of StaPAY and purchase tickets in case of rain.
