Notice regarding parking fee settlement

Regarding the "Pay with App" feature, which allows you to apply discounts and make payments for parking fees on the Nagasaki Stadium City official app,
There is an issue where discounts cannot be applied on the app. (As of 18:00 on February 1, 2025)

We apologize for the inconvenience, but when applying shopping discounts,
Please apply the discount at the information center and pay at the payment machine located in the parking lot.

If you do not want to apply the shopping discount, you can use "Pay with app" as usual.

■ Instructions for checkout procedures when applying shopping discounts

<For those who paid with StaPAY>
1. Select "Parking Payment" on the app home screen.
2. Select "Pay at the payment machine." (A QR code will be displayed with the discount applied to the amount paid with StaPAY.)
3. Scan the QR code at the pre-payment machine to pay.

<For those who paid with a payment method other than StaPAY>
1. Bring your receipt to the Information Center.
2. Select "Read purchase QR code/service voucher" and scan the QR code with the discount applied that was presented to you at the information center.
3. Select "Pay at the payment machine." (The scanned QR code will be displayed.)
4. Scan the QR code at the prepayment machine to pay.

Business hours: 9:00-20:00

NORTH 2F Information Center (next to the Stadium City Tour reception counter)
Business hours: 9:00-21:00

*For customers who wish to receive the discount after 9:00 p.m.,
Please speak to the staff in front of the pre-payment machine.
