Announcement of donation total and donation implementation for "Japanet presents Happiness Arena Opening Masashi Sada Charity Concert From Nagasaki to Noto!"

We are pleased to announce that singer-songwriter Masashi Sada and Japanet Holdings President and CEO Akihito Takada delivered the donation for "Japanet presents Happiness Arena Opening Masashi Sada Charity Concert: From Nagasaki to Noto!" on January 13, 2025.

Of the total donation of 24,292,737 yen, 10 million yen was donated to six Wajima-nuri-related associations, and 5 million yen was donated to the Suzu Yaki Souenkai through the Kaze ni Tatsu Lion Fund (located in Minato-ku, Tokyo, representative: Koichi Furutake). 9,292,737 yen was donated to the six cities and towns of Noto and the Ishikawa Prefecture Board of Education through the NPO Nagasaki Peace Sphere Kai no Hi Movement (located in Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture, representative: Yuji Matsuda). The donations will be used to "protect the culture of Noto" and "protect the smiles of children," respectively.

 

<Background to visit to Noto>
For the opening performance at Nagasaki Stadium City Happiness Arena, Nagasaki native Masashi Sada expressed his strong desire to hold a charity concert with kind and wonderful friends to support the victims of the 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake.
The Japanet Group also wanted to send as much encouragement as possible to those affected by the disaster, so they held the "Japanet Presents Happiness Arena Opening Masashi Sada Charity Concert: From Nagasaki to Noto!"
The total amount of donations raised through this concert was 24,292,737 yen, and on January 13th, Masashi Sada and Takada visited various places in Noto to deliver this donation to the area.

At the gymnasium of Wajima Junior High School with Suzu LaporteAnd hold a public viewing.implementation
We held public viewings in Suzu and Wajima to deliver the message of the charity concert in Nagasaki to the people of Noto. At each venue, in addition to handing out donations and support items, Masashi Sada gave a surprise live performance of "Inochino Riyuu".
Approximately 500 people attended each of the events at Laporte Suzu and Wajima Junior High School, creating a buzz in the venues.
