(Headquarters: Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture / CEO: Hideki Iwashita), the Japanet Group's sports and regional revitalization business, is pleased to announce that it will broadcast live for free the free live concert "Great Freedom" by Masaharu Fukuyama, which will be the opening performance of Nagasaki Stadium City, which will open on October 14, 2024.

Applications began being accepted on June 7th, and as of 7:00 PM on June 24th, we had already received approximately 200,000 applications. It has now been decided that the opening concert of Nagasaki Stadium City, singer-songwriter Masaharu Fukuyama's "Great Freedom" (to be held on October 13th, 2024), will be streamed online for free!
Since we started accepting applications, we have received many applications from all over Japan, far exceeding our expected capacity of 25,000 people. In response to this, we have been considering ways to allow everyone who wants to participate. In keeping with our desire to make this a free and open event for everyone, as embodied in the title of this concert, "Great Freedom," we have decided to broadcast the concert online for free so that anyone who wants to can watch it.
Anyone can watch the live broadcast by registering for the Nagasaki Stadium City official app (free of charge). Please enjoy the free live broadcast with your family, friends, or even by yourself at your favorite place.

To watch the free online live broadcast, you must download the Nagasaki Stadium City official app and register as a member by October 13th. (Registration for the opening live show is not required.)
Details such as distribution time, content, and viewing methods will be released on the app in the future, so please register as a member and wait.

Since the announcement of "Great Freedom," I am truly grateful to the many people who have expressed their desire to attend the free live concert in my hometown of Nagasaki. At the same time, I have been pondering whether limiting the concert to only 25,000 people is really the way a concert titled "Great Freedom" should be.
I imagined the anxiety that many people hoping to participate might have, thinking, "The competition is so fierce that I might not be able to participate..." Is there any way to turn that feeling into excitement and anticipation?
From there, an idea started, and I proposed that everyone who wanted to participate in this free live event should be able to watch the live broadcast for free.
Please come along with your family, friends, or even by yourself and join the free live performance from anywhere you like.
