Stamps are available at certain facilities and shops in Nagasaki Stadium City.
You can get a stamp if you meet the conditions written on the bingo-style card distributed at the reception.
If you get one or more bingo rows, you can participate in the lottery. (One bingo row will grant you one entry into the lottery.)
