Nagasaki Stadium City is pleased to announce that its bakery, Pain de Vie, will be renovated and reopened as THE HOTEL BAKERY NAGASAKI Pain de Vie on (Sat), September 6, 2025.

This renewal was made possible by our desire to allow our guests to enjoy our special hotel-made breads, which have previously only been available on a limited basis, at any time. Crafted using carefully selected ingredients and a "scratch method" in which our artisans make every step of the process by hand, these breads are truly worthy of being called "artworks." We offer a luxurious moment of heartfelt satisfaction in the midst of your busy daily life.

"THE HOTEL BAKERY NAGASAKI Pain de Vie" aims to be a special presence that brings color to everyday life.

The hotel's made-in-house bread, baked with care by skilled artisans, will transform your ordinary day into an extraordinary, luxurious experience.
■Two commitments in pursuit of authentic flavor
1. The "scratch manufacturing method" that showcases the craftsmanship of artisans
They use a "scratch method" where all processes, from preparing the dough to shaping, fermentation, and baking, are carried out in-store in their workshop. They never use frozen dough, and instead maximize the natural flavor and power of the ingredients, such as carefully selected flour and natural yeast. They make fine adjustments based on the temperature and humidity of the day to determine when the dough is at its most delicious. The many years of experience and intuition of their artisans create a one-of-a-kind flavor.

2. "Special ingredients" carefully selected by artisans
It is made with luxurious ingredients carefully selected by artisans, including natural yeast, fermented butter from France, which is characterized by its rich aroma and flavor, and Guérande salt, which is made using traditional methods handed down since ancient times.

Chef Yoshitomi's special curry bread 500 yen (tax included) This authentic beef curry is simmered in red wine and fond de veau using French techniques. Chef Kanazawa's Special Mentaiko French Bread 500 yen (tax included) The mentaiko is marinated in a broth made from kelp and dried squid, creating a flavorful dish that is not too spicy and pairs well with bread. The mentaiko, prepared by the head chef of JAPANESE DINING SHUN, is served on special French bread that is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, making for an addictive dish. |

In collaboration with "NGS COFFEE🄬," we have prepared a set menu (800-900 yen/tax included) that allows you to enjoy Grand Chef Sato's Special Croissant Sandwich (Egg) along with a selection of specialty coffees and lattes at a great value. This special flavor features a crispy premium croissant sandwiched between egg salad made with the hotel's Grand Chef's specially-prepared "Taiyo Eggs" and special roast pork.
