The pride of "Ago Dashi Soba Kogane Maru Express" is undoubtedly its rich, golden-colored ago dashi broth, carefully prepared from flying fish (yaki ago), which is widely popular in Kyushu, especially Nagasaki. As you approach the restaurant, the fragrant aroma of the broth wafts through the air, whetting your appetite. This restaurant is a soba specialty shop run by "Ago Dashi Udon Kogane Maru," a popular udon specialty shop operated by the Royal Group, known for its carefully prepared broth. This is the fifth store in the popular brand, which has satisfied the appetites of many travelers at Fukuoka Airport, Chubu Centrair International Airport, and Tomei Expressway EXPASA Ebina (downbound), and this is its first store in Nagasaki Prefecture. It adopts a "standing-only style" so you can quickly enjoy piping hot, authentic soba before or after watching a game or in between busy times.
