In 2026, JAPANESE DINING SHUN has created a luxurious New Year's feast featuring carefully selected items, including the popular "Goto Beef" steak, a rare brand of beef from Nagasaki, and whale sashimi, a part of Nagasaki's culinary culture. In addition to the standard New Year's dishes, our Japanese chefs have created a hearty ozoni (rice cake soup) with a rich broth, resulting in a warm and comforting meal that can only be enjoyed here.
