Let's stay overnight at a soccer stadium! "PEASTA CAMP! Supported by Snow Peak & CHUMS"

First ever camp event held at V-Varen Nagasaki's home stadium, "PEACE STADIUM Connected by SoftBank"!
We will be holding our first camping event with the cooperation of outdoor brands Snow Peak and CHUMS, which have stores on the 3rd floor of STADIUM CITY SOUTH.
This special plan, which allows you to experience tents and camping chairs provided by each shop and also enjoy camp meals, is limited to 20 groups!

■Event Overview
Dates: May 5th (Monday, national holiday) to 6th (Tuesday, national holiday) (2 days, 1 night) *Will proceed even if it rains. Will be canceled in case of inclement weather.

■ Information
・Preschool children may participate if accompanied by a parent/guardian. Applications by individuals under 18 years of age are not accepted.
・The tour will proceed in the event of light rain, but may be cancelled in the event of severe weather or at our discretion.
If we decide to cancel in advance, we will make the decision by 10:00 on the day and notify you by email.
・Please note that photos and videos of participants may be used for public relations purposes on social media, websites, etc.

■ Loan items
Snow Peak or CHUMS tent, towel for bathing, sleeping bag, fire pit and chair for the fire area

*Please bring your own chairs, tables, and other items to use in the tent area.
*You cannot choose the type of rental items. Also, you cannot bring your own tents.
*There are a limited number of bags available, so please bring your own if you have one. You can bring your own sleeping bag.
*The use of any fire equipment, including bonfires, oil lanterns, and gas stoves, is strictly prohibited in the tent area (pitch).
*Please note that, in principle, you will not be able to leave the venue midway, unless it is unavoidable.
*Please note that cancellations after selection will be accepted until 12:00 (Wed) April 23rd.

■ Items to bring (recommended)
・You are allowed to bring LED lanterns and LED lamps, so please decorate your tent with them, take special photos and post them on social media.
・Please bring your own items necessary for your stay.

[Notes]
・You cannot choose the type of tent. Guests are not allowed to bring their own tents.
- We are not responsible for any accidents that occur within the venue.
If you cause damage to facilities or equipment, you may be asked to pay compensation.
・Please manage your valuables responsibly. The club will not take any responsibility for loss or theft of valuables.
- Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited on the pitch (only water is permitted).
・Drinking and smoking by minors is strictly prohibited (in some cases you may be asked to show identification).
- Do not dig trenches or other structures within the pitch.
- Intentionally damaging the grass is strictly prohibited.
・Heels are not permitted on the pitch.
・Towels rented at YUKULU cannot be taken anywhere other than YUKULU.
・There is a limited number of sleeping bags available for rental. Please bring your own sleeping bag.
・Smoking is prohibited on the premises. The use of fires, including bonfires, oil lanterns, and gas stoves, is strictly prohibited in the tent area.
- During the event, you will be free to enter and exit the tent area, but please note that in principle you will not be able to leave midway through the event unless it is unavoidable.
・Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the venue.
- Setting up tarps on the premises is prohibited.
・Apart from the above, please refrain from any other behavior that disrupts public morals or causes trouble to others.
・A fire pit and chairs are available in the North Plaza on the 3rd floor.
Please note that you cannot move them to the tent area.
Please bring your own furniture such as chairs and tables to use in the tent area.
