[Notes]
Children who are not yet in school are not permitted to enter.
• Admission is charged for ages 6 and up. One ticket is required per person.
- Actions that disturb other customers, and any inappropriate behavior or remarks while watching a live event are prohibited.
Bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue and entering while intoxicated is prohibited.
We cannot compensate for travel expenses or other costs in the event of a performance being canceled or postponed.
In addition to the ticket price, there may be a ticketing fee, system usage fee, and payment processing fee (in-store or via delivery).
We are unable to answer inquiries regarding seat locations.
Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.
We will not issue refunds for tickets that are defective due to customer reasons.

We will be selling discounted tickets made possible by subsidies from the Nagasaki City Living Charm Creation Project.

~What is the Nagasaki City Subsidy for Creating Charming Living Environments?~
This is a Nagasaki City initiative aimed at allowing more Nagasaki citizens to enjoy theatrical performances, concerts, sporting events, and other events held at Nagasaki Stadium City. Utilizing donations from companies received through the "Nagasaki Stadium City Collaboration Excitement and Vitality Creation Project," Nagasaki City provides financial assistance to event organizers, enabling Nagasaki citizens to enjoy performances at discounted prices.

[Important Notes Regarding Subsidy Tickets]
- Seats eligible for subsidies may be located in the rear of the train.
Impersonation and resale are prohibited. If discovered, we may request payment of the difference.
- If you purchase multiple subsidized tickets, only Nagasaki residents are permitted to enter with these tickets.
- Upon entry, we will ask to see your identification to confirm that you are a resident of Nagasaki City.
For any reason whatsoever, only the ticket holder will be allowed entry.
Please have your companions also bring identification documents.
Only original, valid identification documents are accepted. (Copies are not accepted.)
