- When will I be able to see my ticket?

Tickets will be issued as electronic tickets on the Nagasaki Stadium City app.
Tickets will be issued just before the performance, so please be patient. - I can't connect to Stadium City Wi-Fi.

For Android users, you may not be able to connect to Stadium City Wi-Fi due to device dependency. Please try the following method, which may resolve the issue.
1. Launch the Settings app and open Network & Internet settings.
2. Turn off Wi-Fi and open network settings
3. Turn on "Notify public networks"
4. Turn Wi-Fi back on and restart Android
5. After rebooting, if it says "Allow the network", click "Allow"
*You may be put on silent after a few minutes.
6. Then reconnect to Wi-Fi using the Stadium City app. - I can't update the Stadium City app.

The OS version of your smartphone may not be compatible with the app.
Please check the OS version of your smartphone using the following method.

As a general rule, pets are only allowed in certain areas, with the exception of assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs). To prevent conflict between customers, we have established the following rules.

Please refrain from bringing pets to the stadium when soccer matches are being held, as the venue will be very crowded.

Pets are allowed in the following areas:
・Multi-story parking lot
・Commercial building parking lot
-Outdoor concourse area. *Children are not allowed inside the stadium or in the seating stands.
・Outdoor plaza
*Assistance dogs are welcome regardless of the above. Please bring your registration card.[Pet rules]
Guests bringing pets must adhere to the following rules to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
・You may use a backpack, cart, carrier, cage, or walk your pet on a leash.
- Please make sure your pet is wearing proper etiquette wear (diapers) and keep the lead as short as possible.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet's excrement.
・Please be sure to take any trash you produce with you.
・Please do not let pets sit on tables on the terrace, etc. Also, if you do let pets sit on chairs (sofa seats, benches, etc.), please be sure to lay down a manners sheet or similar to ensure hygiene.
Tethering is prohibited.
・Please bring your registration card if you are bringing an assistance dog.
*If you do not follow the rules, you may be asked to leave. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that all customers can use the facility comfortably.
