Our facility has implemented a "Dog-Friendly System" to ensure that you and your dog can enjoy a comfortable stay.

We express our sincere gratitude to pet owners who always use our facilities while respecting proper etiquette.
However, currently, we are seeing some instances of poor manners and disregard for rules.

Our facility is visited by a variety of people, including those who are not comfortable around dogs, young children, and those who bring other pets.
In order to maintain a safe and comfortable space for everyone, we sincerely ask that you strictly adhere to the following rules.

<Dog-friendly rules within the facility>
① Ensure that proper attire is worn.
Wearing a belly band or panty-type manner wear is mandatory while on the premises (including outdoors).

② Responsible collection and removal of waste
In the event that your pet produces waste, you are responsible for disposing of it and must take all the waste with you. Disposing of waste in the facility's trash cans is strictly prohibited.

③ Transportation methods: Keep the leash short; do not tether.
When moving around the premises, you can carry your dog, use a stroller, or walk them on a short leash.
When walking your dog, please keep the leash short and be careful to avoid contact with other customers or other dogs.
Please use a carrier bag, pet stroller, or similar item when using the elevator.
• When tethering your pet, please use the designated lead hooks within the facility.

④ Rules for using furniture (tables and chairs)
・Placing pets on tables in outdoor areas such as terraces is prohibited.
・When placing your pet on a chair or bench, please be sure to place a manners sheet (cafe mat) that you have brought with you.

⑤ Consideration for other events
Please refrain from approaching or entering areas on the premises where food and beverage events or other animal events are being held, such as the "Marche" or "Petting Zoo."
