Comment from Chef Mamoru Kataoka
Nagasaki is attractive because of its abundance of fresh ingredients, and we are honored to be able to serve Italian cuisine that makes the most of these ingredients at Stadium City. It is said that the French missionary Father de Rotz first introduced pasta to Japan in the Sotome district of Nagasaki Prefecture, where it was called "Oro pasta." Oro means "gold" in Italian, so this is golden pasta. We would like to work hard to make Al Porto a golden Italian restaurant in Nagasaki. We look forward to your continued support.

■Comment from Hideki Iwashita, President and CEO of Regional Creation Nagasaki Co., Ltd.
