Japanet Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture / President and CEO: Asahito Takada) held an induction ceremony for the Japanet Group and a joint ceremony for companies moving into Nagasaki Stadium City at the Nagasaki Stadium City construction site (Nagasaki, Nagasaki Prefecture) on April 1st (Mon). The Japanet Group welcomed 92 new employees, the largest number ever, and held a special induction ceremony that could only be held before the opening.

This year, the Japanet Group welcomed a record 92 new employees. (This includes 50 new employees who joined Regional Creation Nagasaki, which is responsible for regional revitalization projects within the Japanet Group.)
This year's induction ceremony was held at the construction site (Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki, 4th floor Bronze Suite) to make it a special ceremony with a view that can only be seen now before the opening. In addition, we also invited the companies that will be occupying Nagasaki Stadium City to hold a joint ceremony at the same time, with the hope that they would all get excited about the opening together.
It was a memorable day not only for the new employees of the Japanet Group, but also for the new employees of the companies occupying Nagasaki Stadium City.

Message from Asahi Takada, President and CEO of Japanet Holdings Co., Ltd. to new employees
"Welcome to our 92 new employees to Japanet. We are pleased to welcome the largest number of new employees to date.
This is the Bronze Suite room on the 4th floor of Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki. It is a place where you can go outside to enjoy watching the game, take a break and have a meal during halftime, and spend time enjoying the afterglow after the game is over. Nagasaki Stadium City aims to be a place where you can have an exciting experience never before seen in Japan.
There are two things I want all new recruits to keep in mind. The first is to take stress in a positive way. The more changes you experience, the stronger you become. The second is to have the composure to think that your worries are insignificant when you have them. Just as the worries you had as a junior high school student seem insignificant now, the worries you had as a new recruit will seem insignificant when you turn 30. There is a long way to go, so I want you to take a long-term view and do your best without rushing. I look forward to working with you all in the future," he said in a message filled with expectations for the new recruits.

Greetings from the representative of the Japanet Group's new recruits: Ume Tsubasa
With a nervous look on his face, Ume Hisho, representative of the new recruits, gave the speech.
"Our student life began during the COVID-19 pandemic, with no entrance ceremony and classes taken online. As the pandemic subsided and we were gradually able to meet face-to-face more and more, I was reminded of the importance of communication. I will continue to value communication, work hard in a stoic manner, and never forget my gratitude to everyone involved," she said passionately.

■Joint Ceremony for Nagasaki Stadium Tenant Companies
The event was attended by 33 new employees from six companies based at Nagasaki Stadium City.

"Nagasaki Stadium City" presentation by Akihito Takada

"The reason we invited all the tenant companies is because we wanted them to experience the excitement of working here.
I would like to explain the appeal of working at Nagasaki Stadium City. Nagasaki Stadium City is open even on days when there are no games, and there are cram schools and childcare facilities in the commercial building, and shared offices in the office building, so it can be bustling even on weekdays.
The office building provides a space for companies to gather together and feel a sense of horizontal connection, deepening the bonds between people working in Nagasaki. The stadium is also open to the public, so you can enjoy stadium gourmet food for lunch and have a slightly special experience. Japanet also brews beer, so you can enjoy a delicious beer after work. Please take the excitement you felt today back to your office, share it with everyone, and look forward to the opening in October," he said, talking about the appeal of Nagasaki Stadium City.
