Regional Creation Nagasaki Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture / CEO: Hideki Iwashita), the Japanet Group's regional revitalization business operator, is pleased to announce the latest tenant information for Nagasaki Stadium City, which will open on October 14, 2024.
We are pleased to announce that eight stores will open at Nagasaki Stadium City, including Menya Yukou, CHARA, FOSSIL/WATCH STATION INTERNATIONAL, BRAND YUKICHI, Map Design GALLERY, and LIVING HOUSE., which will be opening in Nagasaki for the first time.
Additionally, we will be unveiling for the first time the name and logo of a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, an original restaurant directly operated by Nagasaki Stadium City, where you can enjoy carefully selected fresh bluefin tuna and other dishes.
A total of 49 stores have been confirmed to open, including the gourmet shops, shops and services previously announced. We will continue to announce new tenants from August onwards, so please look forward to it.

Noodle shop Yuko[First in Nagasaki]

"Menya Yuko" is a popular ramen shop with its main store in Kyoto, one of the most competitive ramen areas in Japan. The most popular ramen is "Hachiku", a ramen made with a light shellfish soup that captures the flavors of oysters, clams, and mussels, blended with Kyoto's traditional soy sauce made in old wooden barrels and large kettles. Other ramen options include "Madake", a nostalgic ramen that captures the flavors of bonito, kelp, and meat, and "Kurochiku", a ramen with a deep flavor that has a black soup with a fruity sweetness and sourness. We deliver the ultimate bowl of ramen by adding our special soup, firm noodles made in-house, and special rare pork pork that is made over three days. In addition, "fried chicken" will be available for the first time as a Nagasaki-only menu item. The crispy texture and juicy chicken can be enjoyed with a variety of original sauces, making it a dish that you will never get tired of.

A sushi restaurant directly managed by Nagasaki Stadium City has opened! Tuna is the most popular sushi ingredient, and we are particular about serving "raw bluefin tuna" that is "completely raw" and never frozen. Fresh bluefin tuna that has been landed has a moist texture that sticks to your tongue, and its rich and elegant taste is so delicious that you will be hooked once you try it. We use "Date Maguro", a brand of bluefin tuna from Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture, and tuna directly delivered from "Yamakichi", a long-established tuna wholesaler in Toyosu, Tokyo. In addition, we use fresh fish delivered directly from the local market in Nagasaki, and you can enjoy fresh sushi ingredients carefully prepared by our craftsmen, valuing the seasonal catch that can only be caught in that region at that time of year.
