Beer brewing has finally begun at "THE STADIUM BREWS NAGASAKI," which serves Nagasaki Stadium City's original craft beer!

Regional Creation Nagasaki Co., Ltd. (Head office: Nagasaki City, Nagasaki Prefecture / CEO: Hideki Iwashita), which is responsible for regional revitalization projects in the Japanet Group, and Japanet Water Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minamitsuru-gun, Yamanashi Prefecture / CEO: Takemitsu Shirasu), which is engaged in the water business, will provide the latest information on "THE STADIUM BREWS NAGASAKI". In preparation for the opening of Nagasaki Stadium City, Japanet Water Co., Ltd. has been developing and producing original beer at a brewery in Lake Yamanaka, Yamanashi Prefecture, and finally began brewing at Nagasaki Stadium City on (Mon), September 2nd. At the start of the brewing process, Hideki Iwashita, CEO of Regional Creation Nagasaki Co., Ltd., who is responsible for Nagasaki Stadium City, was the first to do so, by pouring the malt, the base of beer, into the brewing tank, which is called "malt injection".

By establishing a beer brewery at Nagasaki Stadium City, which is scheduled to open on October 14th, people will be able to enjoy watching soccer and basketball games while sipping delicious alcohol. We also aim to create a place that can be used on a daily basis, where not only people living in Nagasaki, but also visitors to the city can enjoy beer.
You can enjoy a variety of flavors, and we hope to add a touch of Nagasaki flavor to our beers, making them easy to drink and delicious. ■The first beer brewed in a soccer stadium in Japan: "THE STADIUM BREWS NAGASAKI"

THE STADIUM BREWS NAGASAKI is the first brewery in Japan to brew beer inside a soccer stadium.
The brewing area on the first floor will have 10 tanks in operation, and is expected to brew approximately 90,000 liters per year, while the second and third floors will be the restaurant area, where freshly brewed craft beer will be served straight from the barrel. Because the brewery is attached to the building, you can enjoy the taste of freshly brewed beer every day.
Craft beer is familiar from the games of V-Varen Nagasaki and Nagasaki Velca, and includes "V Beer," a fruity beer made with Nagasaki's citrus "Yukou." It is also easy to drink even for those who don't like beer, and India Pale Ale is irresistible for beer lovers. From classics to unique varieties made with Nagasaki's specialty products, we plan to brew about 100 types of original craft beer per year. We also plan to order craft beers from around the country and the world, so you can enjoy a variety of craft beers on a daily basis. In addition, the brewery restaurant on the second floor will offer snacks and meals that go well with beer. In a casual atmosphere, it can be used for various occasions such as family and friends, and company social gatherings. The restaurant on the third floor is planned to have an atmosphere like a sports bar. Sports games will be broadcast on the monitor and "snacks that you can pick up" will be provided.
