The Japanet Group (Japanet Holdings Co., Ltd., Regional Creation Nagasaki Co., Ltd., and Regional Foods Nagasaki Co., Ltd.) will begin taking reservations for restaurants within Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki, which will open on October 14, 2024, from October 3rd (Thu) on the Nagasaki Stadium City official app and official website. To mark the start of reservations, information about the six restaurants and bars within Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki will be released all at once.

Reservations for the restaurant opening inside Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki will begin on (Thu) October 3rd.

Six restaurants and bars will be opening, allowing customers to choose one to suit their needs and preferences, including an innovative French restaurant where they can enjoy carefully selected food and drinks made with ingredients mainly from Nagasaki Prefecture, a creative Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy a lively atmosphere, such as a sushi counter where a skilled sushi chef makes the sushi right in front of you, a bakery run by a trained baker, and a cafe and diner that focuses on visually appealing afternoon tea.

To coincide with the opening of Nagasaki Stadium City, please enjoy high-quality food and drinks prepared by chefs from all over Japan who have gathered at Regional Foods Nagasaki Co., Ltd. In addition, our service staff, who embody the "customer imagination" that the Japanet Group values, will provide you with heartfelt hospitality. We have a wide variety of restaurants that can be used not only on special occasions but also on an everyday basis, and are open to everyone, including guests staying at the hotel, people who live in Nagasaki, and people visiting on vacation.

At the chef's table-style counter, where the chef cooks right in front of you and explains the dishes to you, you can enjoy a dining experience that uses all five senses in a space filled with "taste, appearance, aroma, movement, and sound."

The chef personally travels to the producing areas all over Nagasaki to bring out the best flavors of the carefully selected ingredients, and we also offer a pairing course where the food and alcohol complement each other. Ristorante Al Porto, an authentic Italian restaurant owned and operated by Chef Mamoru Kataoka, a pioneer of Italian cuisine in Japan, has opened its first branch in Nagasaki.

Chef Kataoka, a master of Italian cuisine, will use ingredients unique to Nagasaki to create an unprecedented restaurant at Nagasaki Stadium City, creating a space that offers customers the best experience with a view of Nagasaki. For lunch, a course will be offered in which you can choose from pasta and a main dish, making your usual lunch a little more luxurious. In the evening, you can enjoy a course that makes generous use of ingredients from Nagasaki Prefecture, with the theme of "The blessings of Nagasaki's four seasons beautifully decorate the plate."

The live music restaurant "THE CLUB NAGASAKI" will be opening on the top floor of Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki. A new space will be born in Nagasaki where you can enjoy the night view of Nagasaki, food, and entertainment. A carefully selected program of diverse and fascinating entertainment that can only be seen here will be held every month.

Under normal circumstances, we plan to serve casual modern American-style dishes such as pasta, mini burgers, nachos and buffalo wings, but depending on the performers and the entertainment content being delivered, we may offer special menus supervised by restaurant chefs at Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki.
