Nagasaki Stadium City is pleased to announce that it will be holding "Winter Illumination 2025" from (Fri), November 14, 2025 to (Sun) December 28, 2025.
Following on from last year, Nagasaki will feature a tree themed on Japanese, Chinese and Dutch culture, and this year will see the birth of a new "Christmas Garden" with approximately 30 trees, creating an authentic Nordic atmosphere. Nagasaki Stadium City will also host its first "Christmas Market," where visitors can enjoy eating, drinking and shopping in a special space.
Additionally, Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki will offer a limited-edition menu and Christmas cakes made by the hotel's pastry chef, providing a special winter experience throughout the facility.

■ First time at Nagasaki Stadium City! Christmas market appears in "Christmas Garden"
The biggest attraction this year will be the first ever "Christmas Market" at Nagasaki Stadium City.
The location is the new "Christmas Garden" in the South Plaza. Surrounded by trees of various heights, it creates an authentic and warm space reminiscent of Christmas in Scandinavia and Europe.
In this fantastical space, there will be a row of exotic mountain huts and tents, and we plan to offer mulled wine and Christmas-themed food, drinks, and merchandise.

■Nagasaki Stadium City's illumination theme is "Wakaran"! Three types of trees will be available!
Continuing from last year, the theme of the illuminations is "Japanese, Chinese and Dutch culture," which symbolizes the international exchange that is Nagasaki's historical background.
Three types of trees representing Japanese, Chinese, and Dutch cultures will brightly decorate each entrance to Nagasaki Stadium City.
Please use it as a new Christmas memory or photo spot.

The decoration, based on Hasami ware from Nagasaki, symbolizes the spirit of Japan, and the soft lighting creates a calming atmosphere.	The dome-shaped tree represents lanterns, a part of Nagasaki's Chinese culture. The gorgeous light evokes a festive mood and hope for the future.	The stained glass expresses the historical connection with the Netherlands, reflecting the intertwining of different cultures and building a bridge to the future.
