Drop in before the match! Nagasaki Stadium City Career Fest 2026, a company information session for new graduates and experienced professionals, will be held for the first time, with no resume required and casual attire permitted. Approximately 30 companies, including partner companies supporting V-Varen Nagasaki and Nagasaki Velca, will be participating.

Nagasaki Stadium City will host "Nagasaki Stadium City Career Fest 2026," a company information session for new graduates and experienced professionals, at Happiness Arena on (Sat) September 12, 2026. Breaking away from the traditional image of "events," this is a new kind of casual career event that you can "drop by" before watching the V-Varen Nagasaki match being held on the same day.

One of the major challenges currently facing Nagasaki is the serious outflow of population due to higher education and employment. On the other hand, Nagasaki has many passionate supporters who cheer on V-Varen Nagasaki and Nagasaki Velca, as well as many attractive partner companies that strongly support the clubs and the region's progress. We thought that creating a space where both sides, who share this "passion for Nagasaki" and "sense of unity through sports," can come together would be a "catalyst" for people to realize the appeal of working in Nagasaki. With the desire to break away from the rigid framework of traditional job hunting and create a space where companies and participants can talk more frankly, we decided to hold the event on "match days," when the stadium is filled with the most excitement and energy.

At the venue, you can meet approximately 30 companies active in Nagasaki, including partner companies of V-Varen Nagasaki and Nagasaki Velca, and companies located in Nagasaki Stadium City. We aim to help the many people gathered at Nagasaki Stadium City to expand their image of "working in Nagasaki" and "being involved in the sports business," and to serve as a catalyst for job creation.

▮Three features of Career Fest 2026

① Approximately 30 companies related to V-Varen Nagasaki, Nagasaki Velca, and Nagasaki Stadium City have gathered!

Approximately 30 companies are scheduled to exhibit, including tenants of Nagasaki Stadium City, as well as partner companies of V-Varen Nagasaki and Nagasaki Velca. This is a chance to learn about the appeal of companies that you wouldn't normally get to know, and to hear firsthand accounts from companies that support Nagasaki's sports clubs and contribute to the community.

*Exhibiting companies are subject to change. Please check the special website for the latest information.

② No resume required, no suits! A casual space where anyone can participate.

No formal preparation is necessary. Students currently job hunting, job seekers looking for mid-career positions, and even those attending V-Varen Nagasaki matches who simply want to learn about the various companies are welcome to drop by before the game.

③ Learn while having fun! Booth stamp rally

Inside the venue, a "booth stamp rally" will be held where you can enjoy visiting the booths of various companies. If you visit all four booths, you can participate in a raffle to win prizes such as a stay at Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki or tickets to watch V-Varen Nagasaki or Nagasaki Velca matches.

▮【Special Feature】From the honest truth about recruitment to the inner workings of business! A must-listen special interview seminar (2 sessions total)

Human resources representatives from various companies and V-Varen Nagasaki officials will take the stage to conduct two special seminars that you can only hear here.

[Part 1] 13:00-14:00 HR personnel share "Behind the Scenes of Recruitment"

This special session delves into the biggest question in job hunting and career changes: "What kind of people are companies really looking for?" HR representatives from leading companies in Nagasaki will gather to candidly discuss the realities of the selection process, including topics like "memorable self-introductions" and "important evaluation points in interviews"—information you would never normally hear.

Speakers:
Japanet Holdings Co., Ltd. Human Resources Representative / Transcosmos Inc. Human Resources Representative / Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd., Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Co., Ltd. Human Resources Representative / SocioFuture Co., Ltd. Human Resources Representative, Others

[Part 2] 15:00-16:00 A representative from V-Varen Nagasaki will speak about "The Realities of the Pitch and the Future of Management"

Masahiro Morita, a director of V-Varen Nagasaki, and Ryutaro Iio, a former player who now works as a front office staff member, will take the stage. These two individuals, with their differing perspectives on management and on the field, will engage in a heated debate on themes such as "the gap between ideals and reality" and "how the passion of former players drives business." They will explore a new form of sports business originating from Nagasaki.
