■A look back at Nagasaki Stadium City's second year of operation
1. [Number of Visitors] Regular use on weekdays and holidays has become established, resulting in a 114% increase compared to the previous year.
From 4.7 million visitors in its first year, the number is projected to increase to 5.35 million in its second year. Weekday visitor numbers have also increased to between 10,000 and 13,000, indicating that it is becoming a regular fixture for local residents.

2. [Visitor demographics] Aim for a balanced mix of visitors from within and outside the prefecture, and create a facility that is popular with a wide range of generations.
The proportion of visitors from within the prefecture remained the same as the previous year at 86%, indicating that the number of visitors from within the prefecture is expanding in proportion to the increase in visitors from outside the prefecture. There is no bias in terms of gender or age distribution, and the facility has become established as something that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people.

3. The estimated economic ripple effect that Nagasaki Stadium City will bring to Nagasaki Prefecture is 37.83 billion yen per year.
On October 1, 2026, Funai Research Institute, Ltd. released the results of its "Integrated Impact Assessment Report." The economic ripple effect of Nagasaki Stadium City is estimated at 37.83 billion yen, with approximately half of that, about 17.8 billion yen, rippled out to areas outside the group. Furthermore, it is estimated to contribute approximately 2.8 billion yen annually to finances (increased tax revenue, etc.) and create 4,607 jobs.
Going forward, we will not rely solely on the excitement generated by sports events and match days, but will further enhance this economic impact through everyday facility use and event attraction. 5. [Commerce, Experiences, Employment] A vibrant new workplace with diverse tenants and approximately 3,800 active employees.
Stores and experiential facilities: In its second year, 13 new stores opened. Experiential facilities such as the hot spring facility "YUKULU" (136% year-on-year), "Pickleball Court" (28% repeat customer rate), and "Stadium City Dog Run," which opened in May 2026, are performing strongly.

Job Creation: The facility has created approximately 3,800 jobs across the entire complex. It has become established not only as a place for watching sports and leisure, but also as a new "workplace" that supports the local community.
Government Collaboration: Working closely with Nagasaki City, we developed projects that enhance mutual value in three areas: economy, education, and daily life.
6. [Attracting visitors from outside the prefecture/inbound tourism] Hotel occupancy rates rose significantly to 70% (154% year-on-year) due to an increase in away supporters and unique events during the off-season.
▽Improvement of hotel occupancy rates
With V-Varen Nagasaki's promotion to J1, the number of away supporters visiting has increased, as has the influx of inbound tourists, mainly from South Korea and Taiwan, and the active acceptance of school trips, resulting in a significant rise in hotel occupancy rates. On match days and major event days, the hotel is increasingly fully booked.
Furthermore, our unique accommodation plans, developed in collaboration with Japanet Group's "Yukoyuko" and "Japanet Takata," have been very well received and have significantly contributed to increasing customer numbers during off-peak seasons.

▽ Using the Nagasaki Stadium Tour for "inspection" purposes
The total number of participants in the inspection packages is approximately 7,500, accounting for about 13% of all tour participants. Many government officials and business companies involved in stadium and arena construction in other prefectures also visit.

▽ Holding of large-scale events in arenas
In addition to attracting B.League All-Star games and matches by clubs from other prefectures, we will also host large-scale arena concerts by domestic artists. Moving forward, we aim to establish Nagasaki as a major venue for nationwide arena tours and will actively pursue such opportunities.
■V-Varen Nagasaki / Nagasaki Velca: Growth of various sports clubs
With promotion to J1 and winning the B1 league title, both attendance and business scale reached record highs.
After a transition period from their pre-opening home facilities, both V-Varen Nagasaki and Nagasaki Velca have achieved significant growth. This season, new partner companies have joined us, expanding our multifaceted approach to include mutual customer referrals and the opening of directly managed stores within Nagasaki Stadium City.

■A new challenge for the third year
As Nagasaki Stadium City enters its third year, we aim to further enhance its appeal and create a sustainable city. We will attract new tenants, launch the "Golden Club" membership program for seniors, and strengthen cooperation with the local government. Furthermore, in order to establish a sustainable business foundation as a privately-led regional revitalization model, we will aim for a full-year EBITDA surplus.
1. A new service-focused company, "Regional Hospitality Nagasaki," will be established in November. This will create a two-company structure, separating "strategy formulation" from "service provision."
To further enhance customer satisfaction, we plan to establish a new company specializing in service and hospitality, "Regional Hospitality Nagasaki Co., Ltd.," in November. Nagasaki Stadium City will operate under a two-company structure, consisting of Regional Creation Nagasaki and the new company, simultaneously improving the customer experience, staff working conditions, facility revenue, and regional value.

[Comment from Akihito Takada, President and CEO of Japanet Holdings Co., Ltd.]
Two years have passed since Nagasaki Stadium City opened, and we are now about to enter our third year.
This project, which aims to revitalize the region through sports, is almost entirely funded by private companies, and its primary goal is to make the business profitable and sustainable. Given the local characteristics of Nagasaki, we are looking at the long term, but without making excuses like "it's only our second year," we are continuously improving by implementing the PDCA cycle on a daily basis, and thanks to these efforts, we are now projected to welcome 5.35 million visitors annually. In 2027, we aim to reach 6 million visitors annually.
The greatest rewards are the positive feedback we receive from everyone regarding the quality of our services and the experience, and the warm words of thanks we hear from visitors as they walk around Stadium City. Seeing how visitors cherish and use the facilities makes us feel the profound significance of "Peace Stadium" and "Happiness Arena" as symbols of peace.
In our third year, we will continue to diligently make improvements in any way we can, aiming to create a place where local residents can proudly say, "We can do this kind of thing in Nagasaki," and where they can take an even bigger step towards new challenges.
