Nagasaki Stadium City has been selected as the final destination for the "Nagasaki Hope Journey," a tourism DX Saruku (walking tour) project commemorating the 20th anniversary of Nagasaki Saruku, as part of a public-private partnership with Nagasaki City. In conjunction with this, an experiential spot called "(tentative name) Kotonoha Kusunoki," which will project a message of peace within the facility, will open on (Sat) November 28, 2026.

■ [Nagasaki Saruku 20th Anniversary Project] "Nagasaki Hope Journey" connecting the Atomic Bomb Museum to Nagasaki Stadium City
The "Nagasaki Hope Journey," offered as an interactive experience, is a puzzle-solving rally that uses smartphones to guide participants from the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum to Nagasaki Stadium City. With the narrator, Kusunoki, and stories of children, along with 3D sound, you can enjoy a walk through the city while feeling the history of peace firsthand.
This program aims not only to "learn about and understand" peace, but also to foster a "culture of peace" and promote "peace tourism" in Nagasaki by allowing each participant to express and share the feelings they experienced through their experiences at the finish line.

■ A place where the wishes of each individual who desires peace come together: "(Provisional Name) Kotonoha Kusunoki"
The "(tentative name) Kotonoha Kusunoki," the finish line of the "Nagasaki Hope Journey," is an interactive experience spot that projects a message of peace, using the camphor tree, one of Nagasaki's symbols of peace, as its motif. When you send your thoughts and wishes for peace that you felt while walking around the city via your smartphone, they will appear as "leaves of light" on the giant screen of the camphor tree, and more leaves of light will appear on the camphor tree each time a person's thoughts are received. It will be a place to accept the history of the past, share and transmit the preciousness of everyday life and thoughts of peace to visitors from all over the world and to the next generation.
