Can I make a reservation on the day?

On the day of your tour, please make a reservation through the app or come to the tour reception on the 2nd floor of Stadium City North at least 30 minutes before your desired time.
If there is availability, we can accommodate you.

Can I take photos and videos?

Generally, photography is permitted in areas that the guide will be showing you.

Can children under 3 years old participate?

You can participate.
If you are bringing a stroller, please inform the reception staff.

Can I join the tour if I'm in a wheelchair?

Yes, you can participate. Please ask the reception staff.

How many people can be accommodated on each tour/visit?

Each tour/visit is limited to 30 people.
If there are more than 30 people, we may need to split into multiple groups.

Can individuals and group bookings go on tours together?

For groups of less than 30 people, we may ask you to join other people who have made individual reservations.

Is there a charge if the tour conductor/organizer accompanies the tour/visit?

If you choose to accompany us on both the tour and the visit, a fee will be charged.

Can I come by large bus?

Can I store carry-on bags and other luggage?

We will store your luggage for 1,000 yen per piece, regardless of size.
There are also app lockers and cashless lockers near the reception desk, so please feel free to use them as well.

Can I cancel or change my reservation after purchase?

We can accommodate reservations up to two days before the reservation date.
Please note that we will not be able to do this after that time.
