Q. When will I be able to see my ticket?
A. Tickets will be issued as electronic tickets on the Nagasaki Stadium City app.
Tickets will be issued just before the performance, so please be patient.
Q.I can't connect to Stadium City Wi-Fi.
A.
For Android users, you may not be able to connect to Stadium City Wi-Fi due to device dependency. Please try the following method, which may resolve the issue.
1. Launch the Settings app and open Network & Internet settings.
2. Turn off Wi-Fi and open network settings
3. Turn on "Notify public networks"
4. Turn Wi-Fi back on and restart Android
5. After rebooting, if it says "Allow the network", click "Allow"
*You may be put on silent after a few minutes.
6. Then reconnect to Wi-Fi using the Stadium City app.
Q.I can't update the Stadium City app.
A.
The OS version of your smartphone may not be compatible with the app.
Please check the OS version of your smartphone using the following method.

■ Supported OS versions ・iOS 16.0 or later
・Android 9 or later
*As of mid-March 2025, the supported OS version has changed due to an app update.
