- When will I be able to see my ticket?

Tickets will be issued as electronic tickets on the Nagasaki Stadium City app.
Tickets will be issued just before the performance, so please be patient. - I can't connect to Stadium City Wi-Fi.

For Android users, you may not be able to connect to Stadium City Wi-Fi due to device dependency. Please try the following method, which may resolve the issue.
1. Launch the Settings app and open Network & Internet settings.
2. Turn off Wi-Fi and open network settings
3. Turn on "Notify public networks"
4. Turn Wi-Fi back on and restart Android
5. After rebooting, if it says "Allow the network", click "Allow"
*You may be put on silent after a few minutes.
6. Then reconnect to Wi-Fi using the Stadium City app. - I can't update the Stadium City app.

The OS version of your smartphone may not be compatible with the app.
Please check the OS version of your smartphone using the following method.
