The 12th TALK&LIVE The Golden Stage produced by Japanet will finally be held this week, on (Wed), September 30th!

We would like to ask all attendees for their guidance on the day.

① About tickets 🎫
Please check your purchased ticket before arriving.
The ticket format and issuance method vary depending on how you purchase your tickets.
*Please note that we cannot accommodate requests regarding seating locations.

▼ Admission information by purchase channel/location

■Nagasaki Stadium City Official App <Electronic tickets only>
Tickets will be issued on the Nagasaki Stadium City official app screen for customers who purchased tickets by (Tue), September 29th, the day before the performance.
After your ticket is issued, you can check it by following the steps below.

<How to check and display your electronic ticket>
①Open the Nagasaki Stadium City official app
② Tap "👤My Page" in the bottom right corner.
③ Tap the relevant ticket under the "Check your reserved/purchased items" section.
*If the information does not appear after following these steps, please update the app to the latest version and log in again. If it still does not appear, please contact us via the inquiry form.
The number of tickets purchased will only be displayed on the purchaser's app screen.
Entry via screenshot is not permitted. If your arrival times differ, please use the ticket distribution function.
*If everyone in your party is present and entering together, ticket distribution is not necessary. The purchaser (representative) should present all tickets upon entry.

<Distribution method>
① Click the "Distribute this ticket" button at the bottom of the ticket displayed on the purchaser's smartphone.
② Enter the recipient's app membership information (phone number and date of birth)
③ Distribution completed

*The recipient of the tickets will also need to download the Nagasaki Stadium City official app and register as a member (free of charge). After registering as an app member, please enter your registered phone number and date of birth.

Please have your exchange voucher ready and come to the reception desk at the venue entrance.
We will provide you with an admission ticket, including your seat information.
*Entry is not permitted with the exchange voucher.

 

■Nagasaki City Resident Discount Tickets <For customers who purchased tickets via the Nagasaki Stadium City app or by phone>

Nagasaki City Resident Discount Dedicated Entrance LanePlease proceed further and complete the registration process.
*We will require you to present official identification to confirm that both the purchaser and their companion reside in Nagasaki City. (e.g., My Number Card, health insurance card)
*We will ask for the names of any accompanying persons.
*A questionnaire will be distributed upon entry. Completing the questionnaire after the performance is mandatory, so your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

The venue is "HAPPINESS ARENA" inside Nagasaki Stadium City.

・10 minutes walk from JR Nagasaki Station, 8 minutes walk from Urakami Station
・About a 4-minute walk from Stadium City North (formerly Zenizamachi) Station on the Nagasaki Electric Tramway

③ How to enter 🎫
Having your ticket ready or displayed in advance will allow for smoother entry.
*If everyone in your party is entering together, ticket distribution is not necessary. The ticket purchaser (representative) should present all tickets upon entry.

Please use the coin lockers inside Nagasaki Stadium City.
*Please note that there are no cloakrooms or coin lockers available at the venue.

Please check your seating area in advance to ensure a smooth transition to your seat after entering the venue.
*Please ask a nearby staff member on the day for the exact location.

 

⑤ What to bring and what to wear 👔

[What to bring]
The seats in the audience area are a little hard. As the performance will be long, if you are concerned about comfort or strain on your back, we recommend bringing a folding cushion or seat pad if needed.
*Please refrain from using cushions that are too thick or cushions that are too large, so as not to obstruct the view of other customers.

💁♀️Cushions will also be available for rent on the day. Please feel free to use them.
*Quantities are limited. We will ask for your name and other information when you borrow the item.

 

[Clothing]
The venue is air-conditioned, so it may feel chilly. We recommend bringing a light jacket or blanket.

Each person can purchase up to 6 tickets per transaction.
The price is per person.
Children under school age are not permitted to enter.
• Children aged elementary school age and older must purchase a ticket.
・Only one accompanying person is allowed per wheelchair seat.
(Accompanying persons also require a ticket. Please purchase wheelchair accessible seating.)
All seats are reserved. Customers cannot choose their seats.
If you purchase tickets through the Stadium City official app, only electronic tickets will be issued.
• Electronic tickets will be displayed on the Stadium City app by the day of the performance.

- If the Stadium City app is uninstalled at the time of purchase, your electronic ticket may not be displayed.
