We will be holding a special camping event!

 

With strong support from famous outdoor brands "Snow Peak," "CHUMS," and "Coleman," which have stores on the 3rd floor of Nagasaki Stadium City SOUTH, this year's event will be held over two days.

50,000円 (Tax included) / 1 tent (maximum 5 people)

[Important] Please read this before applying.

[Important notes]
- Participation is not permitted for individuals under 18 years of age (high school students or younger) without an accompanying adult.
- Campfires and the use of any fire-related equipment, including oil lanterns and gas stoves, are strictly prohibited outside of the designated "campfire area."

These terms and conditions apply to all relationships between participants and Regional Creation Nagasaki Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") in connection with the "Peacesta Camp" (hereinafter referred to as "the Camp") held at Nagasaki Stadium City.

Article 1 About Peace Camp
The aim of this camp is to provide participants with a rich and enriching experience through the extraordinary opportunity to camp at Nagasaki Stadium City.

Article 2 Matters concerning the protection of personal information
1. We will collect and handle personal information through appropriate and fair means within the scope of the stated purpose of use, and will take measures to prevent its use for purposes other than those stated. Furthermore, we will not disclose or provide personal information provided to us to third parties except with the consent of the individual concerned or when there is a legitimate reason to do so.
2. We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and other related laws and regulations, as well as national guidelines and other standards.
3. We will store and manage personal information appropriately and carefully, and strive to implement appropriate and reasonable security measures from both technical and managerial perspectives to prevent risks such as leakage, loss, or damage, and will continuously review these measures. In the unlikely event that personal information is leaked, lost, or damaged, we will promptly notify the individual concerned and take appropriate countermeasures and corrective actions.

Article 3 Application Method and Formation of Contract
1. Customers wishing to participate in this camp must apply by filling out and submitting the required information on the application form designated by our company. Applications by telephone, email, or any other method not designated by our company will not be accepted.
2. The agreement to participate in this camp shall be concluded when we send a notice of acceptance to the application mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and that notice reaches the customer.

Article 4 Application Conditions
1. Participation is not permitted for individuals under 18 years of age (high school students or younger) at the time of application.
2. If you have health problems, physical or mental disabilities, allergies, or other special needs, please inform us when you apply for the camp. We will contact you again to inform you of the specific measures you require during your participation. We will accommodate your needs to the extent possible and reasonable, but we may require you to submit a doctor's certificate. In this case, we may ask you about your condition and the measures you require, or request that you provide this information in writing. Please note that if we are unable to arrange the measures you have requested, we may refuse your application or terminate the contract.
3. Any costs incurred by our company for special measures taken on behalf of the customer at the customer's request will be borne by the customer.
4. As a general rule, separate activities due to customer convenience are not permitted.
5. If we determine that a customer may cause inconvenience to other customers or hinder the smooth running of this camp, we reserve the right to refuse their participation.
6. If a customer is found to be a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, a person associated with an organized crime group, a company associated with an organized crime group, or a corporate racketeer or other anti-social force, we reserve the right to refuse their participation.
7. If a customer engages in violent demands, unreasonable demands, threatening language or violence in relation to a transaction, or any similar conduct towards us, we may refuse their participation.
8. If a customer spreads rumors, uses deception, or uses force to damage our reputation or interfere with our business, or engages in any similar conduct, we may refuse their participation.
9. We reserve the right to decline your application or participation due to other business reasons.

Article 5 Payment of Participation Fee
The full participation fee will be paid on the day of the event. We only accept cashless payments.

Article 6 Cancellation of Participation / Termination of Contract
1. Due to the arrangements made in advance for meals and other services, if you cancel your participation in this camp for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will apply. The cancellation fees must be paid by the date specified by our company using the method specified by our company.
Cancellations made after June 13th or no-shows: 100% of the participation fee
If you need to cancel for unavoidable reasons, please contact us at the phone number below. Please note that if you cancel without notice, we may refuse your application for similar events in the future. We ask that you be sure to contact us.
2. Cancellations and refunds will not be accepted after payment of the participation fee on the day of the event, regardless of the reason.
3. If the customer fails to pay the cancellation fee specified in paragraph 1 by the date designated by us, we may terminate the contract. In addition, if we determine that the non-payment is malicious, we may take appropriate measures (such as collection procedures) in accordance with the law.
4. Even after the start of the camp, if any of the following conditions apply, we may terminate all or part of the camp agreement after explaining the reasons to you.
a) When it is determined that a guest is unable to continue staying at the camp due to illness, the absence of necessary caregivers, or other reasons.
b) If a customer fails to follow the instructions of our staff or other persons given to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the camp, or if they disrupt group discipline and hinder the safe and smooth operation of the camp by assaulting or threatening these persons or other participants.
c) When the provision of services is suspended due to natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, or when government orders or other reasons beyond our control occur, making it impossible to continue the camp.
5. If we terminate the contract for any of the reasons stated in paragraph 4, any cancellation fees, penalties, or other expenses that we have already paid or will have to pay to the service provider of the services that were not provided as a result of the termination shall be borne by the customer. In this case, we will refund the customer the portion of the price that pertains to the services that the customer has not yet received, minus any cancellation fees, penalties, or other expenses that we have paid or will have to pay to the service provider.

Article 7 What is included in the camp fee?

Article 8 Items not included in the camp fee
• Accommodation supplies (sleeping bag, etc.) • Change of clothes • Other personal items to be used in the tent area

Article 9 Prohibited matters/Compensation for damages
1. Participants in this camp shall not engage in the following actions:
a) Use of fire or smoking outside of designated areas (mainly bonfire areas), and unauthorized use of oil lanterns or gas stoves.
b) Defacement, damage, or removal of facilities, equipment, or rental items.
c) Actions that disturb neighbors or other customers, such as loud noises or other disruptive behavior at night.
d) Any other act that violates laws, public order and morals, or any act that we deem inappropriate.
2. If a customer violates the preceding paragraph, or causes damage to the Company or a third party due to the customer's willful misconduct or negligence, the customer shall be liable to compensate for such damage.

Article 10 Disclaimer
1. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during the camp.
2. We shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or disputes arising between participants or with third parties due to the customer's own negligence, and such matters shall be resolved at the customer's own responsibility and expense.
3. In the event of force majeure such as adverse weather conditions, or if deemed necessary to ensure the safety of our guests, we reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel all or part of this camp. In such cases, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by guests.

Article 11 Handling of Portrait Rights, etc.
During this camp, photographs and videos may be taken by our company or media authorized by our company. You agree in advance that any photographs, videos, etc. taken may be used free of charge in promotional activities such as on our company's and Japanet Group companies' websites, social media, television broadcasts, and various other production materials.
