The most distinctive feature is the fresh seafood delivered directly from Toyosu Fish Market, a family business established in 1871 by the founding owner.
Furthermore, our homemade monjayaki broth, made by simmering a unique blend of seafood, chicken bones, and aromatic vegetables, brings out the maximum flavor of the ingredients.
All monjayaki is carefully cooked by our staff on a griddle right in front of the customer.
