User Guide
1. Leave your shoes
Take off your shoes, place them in the shoe locker (blue for men, red for women) and take a shoe key.
2. Go through the gate
Enter the building by holding your shoe key over the gate.
*Prices are based on an hourly rate.
After the specified time has passed, the plan will be automatically changed.
The time limit is counted from the moment you hold your shoe key over the gate.
3. Admission
■ Those spending time in the relaxation area
- You may use your own clothes or the hotel wear.
You can also bring luggage with you. - Please use the changing room on the 7th floor if you wish to change into the hotel clothing or store large luggage in a locker.
*There are small lockers for valuables on the 6th floor.
■ Those who spend time in the bath
- Move to 7th floor.
- Pick up your hotel wear, towels, and hot spring bag just before the entrance.
- Go to the bathroom and take a bath.
■ For those who spend time in the premium sauna
- Move to the changing room on the 7th floor.
- Change into your "loungewear" or "swimsuit + loungewear" and head to the premium sauna on the 6th floor.
*Indoor wear is available in front of the bath entrance on the 7th floor. - Hold your shoe key over the gate and proceed to the premium sauna.
Enjoy a variety of saunas.
4. Shopping in the building
All purchases within the building will be paid for using the shoe key all-in-one payment system.
When purchasing, please hold up your shoe key.
Items for purchase: Drink bar / Vending machine / Goods / Food
5. Settlement
When you leave the building, simply hold your shoe key over the automatic payment machine to pay for all items at once.
*For the 1-hour plan, Morning YUKULU, and various discounts, payment will be made at the reception desk.
6. Leaving the building
After payment, the automatic payment machine will give you a paper with a QR code, which you can then hold over the gate to exit the facility.
*If you would like to use the parking discount, please speak to a member of staff.

How to buy
All purchases made within YUKULU are paid for on credit using the shoe key.

When you leave the building, simply scan the barcode on your shoe key over the automatic payment machine to pay in one go.
All purchases within Nagasaki Stadium City are cashless.

- Can I enter the building without checking in?

As there is no reception desk in the main building, please enter by holding your shoe key over the gate. For details, please see the business hours and usage guide.
- Are there any fixed holidays?

The facility is generally open all year round, but may be closed once every few months for maintenance. This will be posted on the official website and social media, so please check.
- Can I bring food and drinks?

Please refrain from bringing food and drinks into the building. Food and drinks are sold at the front desk, so please use those. We also have vending machines and drink servers available, so please feel free to use those as well.
- If I enter during free time, until what time can I stay?

Regular rates are available from 7am to 11pm.
- Can I borrow towels?

In the main building, towel sets (face towels, bath towels) and indoor wear are provided for an additional fee.
- Can children under the age of three enter the facility?

Children under the age of three are also allowed in if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please note that the premium sauna is not available for children under elementary school age.
