"Mimi Sushi" is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant operated directly by Nagasaki Stadium City.
We deliver fresh, raw tuna in a "perfectly raw" state, delivered directly from the brand name tuna "Date Maguro" in Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture, and the long-established tuna wholesaler "Yamakichi" in Toyosu, Tokyo. The moist texture that clings to your tongue and the rich, refined flavor are truly exquisite.

At Mimi Sushi, we not only have raw bluefin tuna, but also a wide selection of fresh fish delivered directly from the market in Nagasaki. We use seasonal seafood mainly caught in the Kyushu region to provide fresh sushi ingredients that can only be enjoyed at that time and in that place. The sushi chefs carefully hand-make the sushi, achieving a delicate flavor and beautiful finish that cannot be replicated by machines. We put our heart and soul into each and every piece. On the grand opening day, (Tue), April 22nd, various events will be held. When the store opens at 11:00 a.m., V-Varen Nagasaki's club mascot, Vivi-kun, will make an appearance to welcome everyone. In addition, from 6:30 p.m. on the same day, there will be a bluefin tuna dissection show and a tuna weight guessing quiz. Participants who win the perfect guess and nearest guess will receive a luxurious prize. After the show and the impressive craftsmanship, you can enjoy freshly cut bluefin tuna.
