Can I take photos and videos?

Generally, you may take photos in areas indicated by the guide; however, there are some restrictions, so please follow the instructions of the guide and staff when taking photos.
However, please note that there are some areas where we ask that you refrain from posting any photos or videos you take on social media. -
Can I join the tour if I'm in a wheelchair?

Yes, you can. Please note that you will need to use an elevator to move around.

Can I make a reservation on the day?

On the day of the tour, please come to the tour reception on the 2nd floor of the office building. If there are spaces available, we can guide you.
We may not be able to accommodate you, so we recommend making a reservation in advance via the app.
