Terms of Use

The following are the terms of use for the zip line. Please be sure to follow them to ensure your safety. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur due to customers not following the terms of use.

• Available for elementary school students and above.

• Weight: 40kg to 110kg
  Height up to 2m
  *Weight restrictions may change depending on the weather and other conditions on the day.
  *Even if you meet the above requirements, you will not be able to participate if the harness does not fit.

• Those who have been drinking, are pregnant, have heart disease, or are unable to properly wear safety equipment such as harnesses and helmets are not permitted to participate. Also, please be sure to inform staff if you are feeling unwell.

• Since you will be wearing a harness, your clothes and shoes may get dirty. Please wear clothes that are easy to move in and that you don't mind getting dirty.

• Once you have put on your harness, please do not loosen or remove it until you are guided by staff at the finish line.
  In addition, you will not be allowed to use the restroom, eat, drink, or smoke after putting on the harness. Please do so beforehand.

• Guests wearing skirts or yukata, sandals, high heels or other footwear that may easily slip off, and bare feet are not permitted to use the facility.

• Customers who wear glasses will be required to wear a special glasses band to prevent them from falling off.

• Please remove scarves and accessories (sharp, long items) beforehand.

• Please remove everything from your pockets before using the facility.

• After checking in, you will not be able to take any baggage with you. Please store your mobile phone, wallet, valuables, and accessories in the baggage backpack provided, and store everything else in the designated baggage locker.

• Please be sure to follow the terms of use and instructions from staff. We will not be held responsible for any accidents or damages that occur due to failure to do so.
  Furthermore, if you fail to follow staff instructions and cause damage to our company or a third party, you will be required to pay compensation.

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility except in designated areas.

• If you cancel your participation for personal reasons, no refunds will be given.

• The event may be canceled due to weather conditions (wind, lightning, etc.).

• Customers who wish to use the video recording service are required to agree to a separate "Video Recording Agreement."

キャンセル料はありますか？

天候不良や設備点検等の施設起因の場合はキャンセル料は発生いたしません。
お客様のご都合によりキャンセルされる場合、下記のキャンセル料を頂戴致します。

当日・無断キャンセル：ご予約料金の100%

なお、変更のご要望は時期や予約状況によりご希望に添えない場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Are there any height or weight restrictions?

The height limit is 2m.
Weight must be between 40kg and 110kg.
Even if you meet the above requirements, you can only ride if you can wear a helmet and harness correctly.
*Weight is self-reported, but in some cases we may measure it on the day.

How long will it take for the video data to arrive?

We will send it to you by email within 1-3 business days.

If the weather is bad

If rain or wind interferes with operation, we reserve the right to suspend operation at our discretion.
If there is a risk of lightning, the tour will be cancelled even if it is not raining.

Dress code when using the facility

Comfortable clothes and sneakers or other athletic shoes.
Please refrain from wearing skirts, heels, or footwear that is easy to slip off.
Please remove all jewelry that may fall off (earrings, necklaces, etc.) and place them in a backpack along with your valuables before skiing.

Is the zipline safe?

Absolutely! Our zip lines meet international safety standards and are inspected before every operation.
Our staff is always on hand to ensure safety, and we operate with customer safety as our number one priority.
