About tickets and seating

• The arena is standing room only, while the stands have assigned seating.
• Those in the standing area are not permitted to watch from the stand seats.
• Those with stand seats cannot watch the event from the arena. (You cannot watch from areas corresponding to the seat type you did not purchase.)
• Each customer can purchase up to 4 tickets per transaction.
• Resale or transfer for commercial purposes is prohibited.
• Preschool children will not be allowed to enter.
• Please note that tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
• We do not accept cancellations, changes, or refunds for tickets after purchase. Please understand this before purchasing.
• Wheelchair users should purchase a stand ticket. A wheelchair space will be reserved for you on the day of the event. Please be sure to contact Nagasaki Stadium City at least three days before the performance. If you arrive without prior notification, it may be difficult to secure a space for disabled persons, and you may not be able to enter the venue. (One accompanying person per wheelchair; accompanying persons also require a ticket.)
• Customers who purchase a VIPBOX ticket will be required to present identification and agree to the terms and conditions upon entry.

Regarding prohibited items

• Bringing bottles, cans, fireworks or other explosives, tents, chairs, skateboards, animals, and any other items prohibited by law or deemed to be a nuisance to other customers into the venue is prohibited. Furthermore, the organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any items they deem to be a nuisance to other customers or to disrupt the operation of the event.
• Carry-on bags and large luggage are not permitted inside the venue. Please leave them in the lockers located within Stadium City beforehand.

Notes and Prohibited Actions

• Waiting in line the day before to enter is a nuisance to nearby residents, so please refrain from doing so.
• Please follow the instructions of staff at the venue.
• When entering the venue, staff and security guards will give instructions depending on the level of congestion, so please be sure to follow them. For safety reasons, please refrain from pushing and shoving.
• We do not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 20. When ordering alcohol, you may be asked to present a valid government-issued identification document to verify your age.
• Preschool children will not be allowed to enter.
• This event is made possible thanks to the understanding of our local residents. Please be sure to follow the designated sorting methods and dispose of your trash in the designated bins. When smoking, please use the designated smoking area, and refrain from littering or discarding cigarette butts both inside and outside the venue.
• Dangerous behavior such as throwing objects towards the stage or audience is prohibited.
• In the event of any accidents, incidents, or injuries to third parties occurring inside or outside the venue, the parties involved are responsible for resolving the issue themselves. The organizers, venue, and artists will not be held responsible for any disputes between attendees. In the event of injury due to your own negligence, we will provide first aid, but please understand that we will not be held responsible for any subsequent consequences.
• If you fail to follow the rules of etiquette or the instructions of our staff, you may be denied entry or forcibly removed from the premises, as this will cause inconvenience to other customers. In such cases, no refunds will be given for tickets.
• We cannot compensate for travel expenses or other costs in the event of a performance cancellation or postponement.
• Please note that the opening and performance times, performers, and other details may be subject to sudden changes.
• Anyone who causes trouble to other customers or does not follow the instructions of staff may be forced to leave the venue. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
• Please note that due to circumstances, the performers and performance content may be changed.
• Sexual harassment is a crime. Upon discovery, we will apprehend the perpetrator, report the incident to the police, and fully cooperate with any subsequent investigations. If you are a victim of sexual harassment, or witness such an act, please immediately seek help from a nearby staff member or someone around you.
• The organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries, fights, or disputes between attendees that may occur due to excessive movement or excitement. Please consider the impact your actions have on others and act with consideration and respect for those around you, rather than just thinking about your own enjoyment. We ask for your cooperation in creating a space where everyone, including yourself, can enjoy themselves freely.
• Please take full responsibility for managing your own valuables.
• There will be various media coverage within the venue. Please note that photos and videos taken during coverage may be used in advertising and publications by the organizers and exhibitors.
• There is no special entrance for people with disabilities. All visitors, including those in wheelchairs, must enter the venue in the same manner as everyone else.
• If you require assistance from staff, please let a staff member know on the day. Staff will not be available to accompany you for long periods of time.
• The organizers may be forced to change the rules for operational reasons. Regardless of the timing or method of announcement, please follow the instructions of staff at the venue.
