About the tipping system
In this project, we will only allow "tipping," where spectators voluntarily donate money to support your performance, if it is done using "StaPAY," an original payment function within the Nagasaki Stadium City official app.
The organizers will issue individual QR codes to all performers.
Spectators can read the QR code using their smartphone camera and make a cashless payment via StaPAY to give tips.

Of the amount received as a tip, 80% (excluding tax) will be transferred to the registered account at a later date, minus 20% (excluding tax) to cover operating expenses, including system usage fees.
Please note that any donations other than via StaPAY (cash, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
Please be aware that if it is discovered that you have made payments via any means other than StaPAY, your performer license may be suspended or revoked.
For other details, please check the "Registration Terms and Conditions" that you will agree to when submitting your application via the application form.

-
This applies to activities in the fields of music, dance, street performance, live art, etc.
In principle, the target audience is people who have performed any of the following performances within the past five years (e.g. performances or solo exhibitions which charge admission or viewing fees, or events which attract audiences and are paid a performance fee) or people who have performed in front of an audience within the past two years.

- I am a minor. Can I apply?
-
If you meet the application requirements, you may apply. (However, consent from a parent or guardian of a minor is required.)

-
In principle, the management office will contact you by email.
- Can I apply again if I am unsuccessful?

Performances are limited to locations designated by the Entertainment City Nagasaki Management Office.
- We have obtained a license as a group, but one of our members is unable to attend due to various reasons. We would like to have another performer participate instead.

- Can I cancel or change a performance that I have already booked?
