Nagasaki Stadium City is pleased to announce that "Oriental Kitchen As," a restaurant operated by Beans One Company Co., Ltd. located in the food hall on the second floor of Peace Stadium, will be changing its business format and reopening as "Tokyo Jun Shokudo Omutan" on (Sat) August 1, 2026.
We've updated classic Western-style dishes that have been loved since childhood, focusing on ingredients, techniques, and a lively atmosphere to create a modern twist. Whether it's a "stadium food" option on game days or a family lunch on weekends, we aim to be a new "Western-style diner" in Stadium City that will be loved by generations.

We are transforming from "Oriental Kitchen As," which you have patronized until now, into "Tokyo Jun Shokudo Omutan," aiming to be a restaurant loved by a wider range of customers.
Our signature omurice is fluffy on the outside and soft and runny in the center when you put your spoon in, offering two textures in one bite. The secret to its deliciousness is that each omurice is cooked individually to order, with the perfect amount of heat control. It's finished with a special sauce infused with the savory flavor of tomatoes. You can enjoy it without getting tired of the taste until the very last bite. In addition to the classic plain, we offer a total of five varieties, including chicken cream, salmon cream, and seafood, and we plan to introduce new items in the future.
And another signature dish is our carefully prepared spaghetti. Using thick 2.2mm noodles, we stir-fry them to allow them to absorb the sauce, resulting in a dish where each noodle is thoroughly coated in flavor.
