Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki will begin offering its "Winter Limited Menu" at its five restaurants and bars starting November 16, 2026 (Mon).
Enjoy to your heart's content the spectacular view of the stadium and the nightscape of Nagasaki from the window, along with a variety of local ingredients including Goto beef, Unzen pork, and the traditional citrus fruit Yuko, as well as the gorgeous sweets and cocktails that adorn the winter city.

 

■ Three key features of this winter's fair

1. Enjoy Nagasaki's finest ingredients in a variety of dishes, including Goto beef, winter yellowtail, and the rare citrus fruit "Yukou."

We have carefully selected the bounty of winter, including the finely textured "Goto beef," the flavorful "Unzen pork," fatty seasonal local fish, and the rare Nagasaki traditional citrus fruit "Yuko." From Italian and authentic French cuisine to cocktails at the hotel bar, the chefs and bartenders at each restaurant will deliver dishes that bring out the best of these ingredients.

2. Two delightful and photogenic afternoon teas that weave a winter story.

In December, they offer the fantastical "White Crystal Christmas," featuring snowman chocolates encased in glass domes, while in January and February, they present "Enchanting Chocolates," where the rich flavor of cocoa harmonizes with the sweet and sour taste of berries. Each season expresses a different worldview, making this a delicate and gorgeous collection of sweets that you'll want to photograph.

3. The thrill of the soccer stadium and the panoramic night view from the top floor. A truly unique and extraordinary location.
