Disney on Ice Nagasaki performances will finally begin on (Sat) September 27th!

We would like to ask all attendees for their guidance on the day.

■Nagasaki Stadium City Official App <Electronic tickets only>
Your ticket will be issued on your Nagasaki Stadium City official app screen.
You can check by following the steps below.

<How to check and display your electronic ticket>
①Open the Nagasaki Stadium City official app
② Tap "My Page PAY・Tickets"
3. Tap "Details" for the ticket in question under "Check reserved/purchased products"
*If this procedure does not work, please update the app to the latest version and log in again.If it still does not appear, please contact us using the inquiry form.

The number of tickets purchased will be displayed only on the purchaser's app screen.
Screenshots are not accepted for entry.If your arrival times are different, please use the ticket distribution function.
*If all attendees are present and enter together, there is no need to share tickets.Upon entry, the purchaser (representative) must present tickets for all members.

<Distribution method>
① Click the "Distribute this ticket" button at the bottom of the ticket displayed on the purchaser's smartphone.
② Enter the recipient's app membership information (phone number and date of birth)
③ Distribution completed
The purchaser's ticket screen will show "Distributed"
The recipient's app screen: The ticket will be displayed
*The recipient of the tickets will also need to download the Nagasaki Stadium City official app and register as a member (free of charge). After registering as an app member, please enter your registered phone number and date of birth.

■ Japanet Takata <Local pickup only>
Please come to the ticket exchange booth near the 2nd floor entrance of Happiness Arena.
After confirming your information, we will give you your admission ticket.

■STADIUMCITY NORTH Information Center <Paper tickets>
Please have your ticket ready and proceed to the entrance.

■Various ticket agencies (Ticket Pia/Organizer sales site/Lawson Ticket/Rakuten Ticket/ePlus/Seven Ticket)

②会場までのアクセス👣
会場は長崎スタジアムシティ内「HAPPINESS ARENA(ハピネスアリーナ)」です。

・10 minutes walk from JR Nagasaki Station, 8 minutes walk from Urakami Station
・About a 4-minute walk from Stadium City North (formerly Zenizamachi) Station on the Nagasaki Electric Tramway
*Please use public transportation to reduce congestion.

③ご入場方法🎫
あらかじめお手元にチケットを表示・ご準備いただくとスムーズに入場が可能です。
＊ご来場される皆さまがお揃いのうえ一緒にご入場される場合、チケットの分配は必要ございません。入場時にご購入者様（代表者様）が全員分のチケットのご提示をお願いいたします。

⑤ Ticket sales
[General tickets] Ticket Pia will be selling tickets online and at 7-Eleven until the doors open for each performance.
Same-day tickets can be purchased in the following two ways.

1. Tickets sold at the venue ticket counter
Tickets will be sold at the ticket window 60 minutes before the start of each performance.
*Sales will end as soon as stock runs out.
*Payment is cashless only.

2. Telephone reservation <Local pickup>

Reception dates and times: 9/26 (Fri)- 9/29 (Mon) 10:00-20:00 each day
*Reservations are accepted up to 3 hours before the start of each performance. However, for morning performances, reservations are accepted until 8:00 PM the day before.
*Reservations may not be accepted depending on the performance date, time, and seat type.
*Please note that it may be difficult to connect depending on the line congestion.

 

⑥ About merchandise sales

Merchandise will be sold at multiple locations within the venue and outside the venue (behind the 2nd floor entrance to the arena).
Even if you don't have a Disney on Ice ticket, you can purchase items at the off-site store. Please feel free to stop by.

It is scheduled to run from approximately one hour before the start of the first performance until the end of the third performance.
27th (Sat) and 29th (Mon) 10:00-19:40
28th (Sun) 9:00~18:40
*Sales times are subject to change.

[Payment method]
Cash, credit card
*Only cash is accepted for cart sales.
*StaPAY/1DayJPreca/transportation/QR code payments cannot be used.

 

 

On the day, it will be a little cold inside the venue.
It would be convenient to have a thin jacket or blanket.

Disney on Ice "Magic in the Stars" Nagasaki Performance
Performance date and time:

*There are rules regarding costumes (full body). Please be sure to check here.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes (with a break)
Doors open: 45 minutes before each performance (scheduled)
Ticket prices:

*One wheelchair user may be accompanied by one person (fees apply). The accompanying person must also purchase an S-seat ticket for the wheelchair seat.
*If you would like wheelchair seating, please contact us at 0120-1014-77 (9:00-22:00).
*All prices include consumption tax.
* Up to one child under the age of 2 may sit on an adult's lap for free. However, if a seat is required, a fee will be charged.
