Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki is pleased to announce that it will be holding a limited-time "Goto Fair" at four of the hotel's restaurants and bars, where guests can savor the bounty of Goto.

Hotel Restaurant Menu Information ~ Different Goto Experiences at Each Restaurant ~
The Goto Islands, located to the west of Nagasaki Prefecture, are a region rich in nature and made up of over 140 islands of various sizes.
The area has a diverse food culture, including rich fishing grounds where a wide variety of fish are caught, the legendary Japanese black beef "Goto Beef," the brand of pork "Goto Beautiful Pork," "Camellia Vegetables" grown using a unique farming method that uses camellia oil and seawater, and "Goto Udon" made using the traditional hand-stretched method.
At Stadium City Hotel Nagasaki, the chefs at the hotel restaurants have created special menus making use of ingredients from Goto.
