About spectator tickets

  • Tickets will be available at the hotel front desk on the day of the match.
  • Please stop by the hotel front desk on the 7th floor before checking in or entering the stadium.
  • Seats cannot be reserved.
  • Children in the first grade of elementary school and above will need a ticket. Preschool children do not need a ticket if they are watching on someone's lap. Please note that even preschool children will need a ticket if they require a seat.
  • Ticket fees cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Please note that tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including if lost or stolen.
  • The purchase, transfer, or resale of tickets or seat numbers for commercial purposes is prohibited under any circumstances.

About ONSEN & SAUNA YUKULU

  • You will be given a YUKULU voucher when you check in. You can also receive it before check-in, so please ask a hotel staff member.
  • The voucher can be used once during your stay (from check-in to check-out).
  • Children under elementary school age are not permitted to use the premium sauna.
  • When using the premium sauna, we ask that you wear either a swimsuit and the sauna's indoor wear, or just the sauna's indoor wear. You can also bring your own swimsuit.

How to receive tickets

On the day of the match, tickets will be handed over at the hotel front desk on the 7th floor.
Please be sure to stop by the front desk before the game.

We can store your luggage and hand over your tickets before check-in.
